I ordered from this location today using the app. I placed my order at 12:11pm and the app told me my three sandwiches were prepared and ready for pick-up. I walked in the door and there were bells dinging and ringing from online orders coming in. There was just one female employee and no one else in sight and by the look on her face she was under a great amount of pressure. I asked her if my sandwiches were ready and she told me I was going to have to wait she was helping other customers. I asked her if she was the only person working? She indicated a coworker had called in sick. Whomever is the manager/owner if you were not able to have another staff member present that means you needed to step up to the job. This poor girl was running around and doing her best but things were falling apart all around her and she was on the verge of breaking down. I finally received my sandwiches at 12:44, yes take a look at your cameras and see everything going down. I see your rating is 3.8 already it won't take long before that's a lot lower if you take care of your staff and patrons the same way. Read moreI think Nick is a employee at this Subway. He works fast, friendly, respectful and really kind to his customers. My boyfriend and I went into Subway for dinner and Nick was working and he made my Sub so good, it tasted alot better than other workers there. He made my boyfriend his sub and asked if he wanted to try Buffalo Sauce on his sub and my boyfriend said yes and that was the best sub he's ever had. When we want Subway, we walk passed to see if he is working if not we wont go in. I think Nick should become manager. He's respectful, very nice, makes sure he makes great subs and makes sure everything is clean. He works fast, so people dont have to wait so long for their sub. I think April should be taught how to make subs, she takes way to long compared to Nick, Nick is great. April not so great. Read moreDue in part to new employees, it seems, this place is improving. Staple items seem to be in-stock consistently. They could have an individual dedicated to mobile orders during certain periods however because it gets extremely busy for one person. Formerly 1* During this past week this location has lost a large portion of my money on account of not having staple items in stock, cold cuts, chicken, even veggies like green peppers for example. I ended up forgoing an order on multiple occassions and am considering not bothering visiting this location moving forward if they're not carrying what I want.
