Stood here for 10 to 20 minutes before being spoken to, the girls were having a bit of an issue behind the counter so u understand the delay but addressing your customers and letting them know what's happening is important for one. As I am driving into my driveway, I get a call from caesars. Their manager explained they forgot to send me with a pizza. My options were to drive back at my expense, have it delivered at my expense, or be given a 30 day credit. Abysmal customer service. I hope the franchise owner takes the time to a) read this b) re train the location manager and c) contact me to make this right.
