👋 AS THIS WAS A MONTH AGO . . . . I'm still dying to eat here again. Don't let the atmosphere or location fool you. THIS PLACE WAS sooooo busy with both UberEATS/ SkipTheDishes peeps as well and every age range customer. . . . It was busy and worth the wait ... So many more people pulled in and sat to eat. 💯 When we drove in I saw the woman that was working sweeping and cleaning the tables which is really reassuring that they take their cleanliness seriously and they have a pass on their Door for health inspections. I LOOOOVEEEEEE THEIR meatball sub. I can't think of any other place but HERE that makes an epic sub. Their bread is TOP SHELF and I didn't even get to order (my husband went in). Bet it smelt like bliss ( IT DOES!!!).
My bun that came home wasn't SMOOOOSHED like other places and was THICK and the sauce was BANG ON !!!
I trust that they take they're cleanliness to the kitchen and check for temperatures and have the freshest meatballs I've had in a while. YUMMM I want one hahaha sorry if you do too. My husband LOVED his sub and we were both so FULL and happy with our $$ spent. GOOOOOOOOO here ... It's THE FRESHEST PLACE TO EAT. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌💯💯💯💯💖

Read moreJanuary 3rd at 4 pm my boyfriend and I attended this location looking to grab a bite to eat before we both attended our jobs. Never in my life have I been treated with such poor customer service. As we approach the counter for ordering "the manager" was helping another customer, after deciding what we wanted my boyfriend asked to use the restroom. The manager rudely interrupted the other employee while engaged with customer ahead, snottily telling us the washroom is for customers only. I stated we are customers, in which she responded well you did not buy anything yet in a snobby tone of voice. The capabilities of this manager are now in question as we were waiting to order. Did not purchase anything and will not be back. With 20 years of customer experience I know that it is a requirement in the restaurant industry. Without the basic skills of being able to do so, I wonder if she is is capable to provide a healthy food choice to the guests. She had no care for us as customers, so what makes anybody attending think she cares about the prepping of fresh quality products that Mr Sub is known for. Disgusting display of managing when the person in charge cannot even manage a bathroom key...
Read moreMy son and I came to this location today - our first time ever - to redeem an offer I got thru my email that seemed like a steal. The short cranky woman that shared “I’ve worked here a LONG time” said absolutely not, I had to get the app. So, it took close to 15 minutes but I got the silly app to download and once I did, the app offers were not the same as what I’d received in the email.
Now keep in mind I came close to 20 mins from down by the 401 for this.
Cranky pants wouldn’t budge. I told her I’d downloaded the app which I showed. I brought up the email which I also showed. Not having it. She said without a bar code there’s no way she could “…tell the inventory that the meat had been used….” What the heck?!
