Louis' Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ontario

Terrible service. We waited an hour and 35 minutes for our food. It was 9 at night on a Thursday.. so not a particularly busy time to order a pizza for two. We called multiple times with no response followed by what we assumed was them taking the phone off the hook in order to avoid our calls. Due to us not knowing whether or not the food would show up we went out to pick something up elsewhere after waiting almost two hours. Upon returning to our home, the delivery man arrived. My partner explained that we did not know whether the food would show up so we went elsewhere and that we had called multiple times. We asked that he return the food. The delivery man did not apologize unless you consider an apology peeling out of our driveway...

We ordered takeout on our way through Cornwall after previously having a good experience at Louis' Pizzeria. After driving half an hour home with a hungry toddler we opened up the boxes to find out that $50+ of food were burnt past the point of even being able to eat it. The pizza was so overcooked the cheese was hard as a rock, it was the same with the whole chicken we ordered. The chicken skin was black and burnt, and it was so overcooked the actual meat was hard and crispy. We contacted the manager who offered us a discount on our next order.. Not good enough. This food should NEVER have been put into a box and given to a customer. We won't be ordering here again, the food was completely inedible and the customer service was...

I grew up in Cornwall and my go to was always Louis'. It was always a delicous Sunday treat for my children and I. Fast forward to now living in Cambridge, ON. where the pizza is, well...disgusting 😂 Everytime we visit family in Cornwall, we order a massive amount of pizza and their pizza-ghetti, which for some reason is foreign here but my passion 😍 We bring it home and freeze it so we can enjoy quite a few dinners. It's absolutely delicious with a massive amount of toppings. I don't know what type of pepperoni they use but they certainly don't use it here and it's SO much better. Aside from my family, I can't tell you how much I miss them. If you live there, don't take it for granted and count your blessings. See you next year...
