Marvellous 2 For 1 Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Ontario

Bought 2 Medium pizza's with 20 wings for $44 dollars delivered. They emailed us saying they don't have honey garlic sauce -- could we call so we did and changed that to mild sauce or whatever.

I get my order without my 20 wings. I wanted my wings for hockey tonight and am very upset. They left a note saying we tried calling but sorry we have no wings... We just spoke on the phone not even 15 minutes ago? What happened?

So I basically paid 44 bucks for 2 medium pizza's. I have worked in food industry -- I have been in this similar situation before -- we would send something at least a long with a sorry. Anything... a salad, garlic bread.

We called back and all we get is a 10 dollar credit. I'm not trying to come across as rude but that isn't enough. If I re-order this same order it will cost me 74 bucks for 4 medium pizza's with 20 wings in the long run even with the credit.

The reason for the bad review is because I feel a bit robbed and ripped off. Plus this isn't the first time I have ordered and something from here and something has been missing.

This time it really hit a nerve and had to post a negative review -- sorry guys. But I won't be coming back you can take the credit at the price of this bad review. Might be salty but it sucks paying $44 for two little pizza's.

By the way. When you called back after this review to do damage control, everything wasn't fine with the female you spoke with, I told her to hang up and all you guys really said was so about that review and that was it.... not what your stating in your reply back.

Anyways I appreciate you guys reaching out and completely understand people make mistakes. But doing damage control after the fact simply doesn't won't justify how I feel as a customer with my experience. Please don't call my phone again and I can...

Will no long be a customer, I’m a regular and the only reason for that is because I live across the street, and their prices are very reasonable. The pizza dough is the worst, it’s thin and tasteless, there’s hardly any crust. Very little pizza sauce, you can see the plain dough underneath the pepperoni. The toppings are under the cheese, so you can’t visibly see how little of those you’re getting too.

The chicken wings sauce is on the side, they serve the wings to you dry with not much flavour. I ordered the mild heat and the sauce is sweet and tangy. It’s just not worth the low cost anymore, I need some flavour in my food.

Edit: Apparently the wings don’t come with sauce, the sauce on the side was for the pizza - that being said, the chicken wings are dry and tasteless, with no sauce. Also, I added a picture since their establishment is questioning if I’m confusing their location with a different pizza place, even though I said I lived across the street. Definitely not...

I’m not one to leave bad reviews or complain because I know mistakes happen but the service I received was beyond ridiculous. This place changed ownership and ever since the store has gone downhill. Today I placed an order and they made a mistake, which happens. We called and then they agreed they will replace our order. They then called and said if we want them delivered it would take over an hour therefore we decided to pick them up. So we’re now driving back to fix the order they made the mistake on. We called and made clear what our order was and they made a mistake yet AGAIN. When my mother called to speak to them they said they have done everything they should and they are not doing anything more. They told us that we have wasted them money. How do you tell a loyal costumer that THEY wasted you money when you made the mistake twice. Save your money and go elsewhere. Lots of great pizza...
