Review for Tim Hortons - 771 Southdale Rd E, London, Ontario (N6E 2C6)
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I visited on 14/08/2024 around 12:30 pm, and I was shocked by the poor level of service and the rudeness of the staff, particularly the supervisor “Grace “.
Rude Management: The supervisor Grace. was extremely rude and not polite at all. When I had a question about my order, she was dismissive and seemed irritated by my request for clarification. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position.
Lack of Customer Service: Not only was the supervisor unhelpful, but the staff also seemed disinterested in assisting customers. When I tried to ask a simple question about my order , I was met with indifference and impatience.
Order Accuracy: To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, they did not seem to care and made no effort to correct the mistake.
Cleanliness Issues: The cleanliness of the store was also lacking. Tables were dirty, and the trash bins were overflowing, making the environment feel unwelcoming.
This is so disappointing and added to the overall negative experience.
Overall, my experience at this Tim Hortons was very negative. The rude behavior of the the supervisor -Grace and the poor service from the staff make it a place I cannot recommend. Read moreOne of the highlights of my day is going to Tim Horton's to get my coffee. However, this is the closest Tim Horton's to me, and whenever my family or I ask for a tea for my mom it always ends up made wrong or they forget the extra bag on the side (because she does one bag in and one out). This is frustrating because we go there everyday and have to prepare to ask for the extra bag or expect something wrong with the tea. The other thing is that the employees at this specific location are never friendly and as someone who works in fast food I understand that it gets busy but that's no reason to be rude or be impolite to customers. But the real reason I am choosing to post a review today is because my mom and I just visited Tim Horton's to get our usual drinks and some snacks but one of the rudest employees we've encountered was working. Read moreGrowing up in the part of the city for 20+ years I haven't had a bad experience at this Tim Hortons until today. I ordered 2 things cheese croissant (warm in microwave) and medium peppermint tea nothing in it. After I said my order I told the young lady taking my order I had a rewards card. And she then asked me what was the order again? She forgot what tea I wanted so I said peppermint. Also she did not look friendly avoided eye contact and had hostile vibes. She was making drink orders for the customer that was before me and then placed a pumpkin spice tea on the counter that I noticed no one claimed. And the other staff handing out my food delivered my warm croissant to me and I said I'm just waiting for my peppermint tea. He tells me "on our end it says pumpkin spice on the screen" And I told him I did not order that I had to ask 2 times for peppermint tea (now that was my third time) He didn't say anything and seemed like he was trying to listen to me either.
