We arrived at McDonald’s to take our daughter out for a treat. We picked a table that ended up having a dirty bench seat. No problem, I asked them for a cloth, cleaned it up and brought the cloth back. Multiple people who ordered after me started getting their food. Another guest went up and asked why people who ordered way after him were getting their food so I went up to see if maybe my order had been missed as well. The guest beside me looked at my receipt and realized his order was placed 5 minutes after mine and I had been waiting nearly 15 minutes.
The girl working seemed unhappy when the other guest mentioned my order was way before his and I was also still waiting. I told the lady that my food was sitting and getting cold as it had my receipt number on the tray. The worker threw the receipt on the tray and slid it over to another worker to hand me.

If you don't like people, don't work in customer service.
There is no reason or need to be rude to someone asking a question. There's no harm in saying you don't know but will ask someone for help either.
To disrespect a senior too... Those workers have No Values... Might be something management wants to look into and consider when evaluating their employees...
If there was an option to give no stars, I would've. You're lucky...
