I was there on Tuesday last week and again yesterday which was Saturday. There seems to be an issue with the ketchup supplier. They don't have any to offer to their customers because of some health issues I think she said. I had take out on Tuesday, but Saturday I was eating in. No Ketchup OMG! I had forgotten about Tuesday. Well, you would expect they would have a solution by now. Especially for the dining room. Provide customers with a bottle of ketchup. I'm not crazy about their sauces which they did offer. I like ketchup with my fries and yes on my chicken. It balances the salty taste of the chicken. 😋 I just don't think the issue is being dealt with properly. That reminds me of something else I want to discuss. KFC chicken piece count. Last time I cut up a bird you end up with 9 pieces. 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 ribs and a center piece. I was told by a representative (District Manager) awhile ago "because our chickens are so Big we can get (I think he said) 12 pieces". I've tried fried chicken from quite a few competitors and never experienced this phenomenon. They (Mary Brown's, Churches Chicken, Popeyes to just name a few) have bigger pieces in general. I had the double down junior bowl for 1 tonight. Overall it was good. Double Down was a touch spicy but still okay. It came with two pieces of chicken a leg and a thigh. There was more meat on the leg then there was the thigh. I have noticed over the course of the last 2 years that the thigh bone in all the thighs have now been removed and there's only half the meat. This started out only in their Tuesday special which used to be called the toonie special. The thigh missing the thigh bone. But if I ordered other meals the thigh bones were in it and they were full size thigh. When I inquired about it I was told there's no difference but there was and is. But now over the time all their thighs are missing the thigh bone and half the meat. But they still charged full price if you order an extra thigh for half the meat that used to get. All the other pieces haven't changed and are still the same size. But over 5 to 10 years there Chicken in general has shrunk down to be half the size it used to be overall. I travel to the US a lot and they're chicken at KFC down there is still the size it used to be 10 years ago here.

Read moreI was totally appalled with my visit at this location! 12 pm... Lunch time..end of the month..so it was fairly busy. The young lady that served me deserves a recognition 100%.. did everything she could to make my 25 minute wait for my order a pleasant one, however the lady in the back cooking, in my personal opinion needs to be fired! This lady was swearing like a trucker, slamming the orders of food on the counter! Freaked out because I ordered an 18 piece bucket.. she was eating while making up the food orders.. which I know is a health violation! She was so rude! How she spoke to the staffing definitely uncalled for!!The owner of this location needs to know what's going on! The group of colleagues that went in on this order,the bill was $65, were not impressed when I explained what happened and encourage me to do a review on the situation that I was a witness to! No matter what the situation is , no customer wants to see or hear what I saw today! To lady in the back cooking , you work in a fast food establishment.. this is your job!
