Naples Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I ordered a medium pizza there a few weeks ago and I was throughly disappointed. I got the pizza (with 3 toppings) + one 2L Soda and it was $47.50. For that price you’d think they wouldn’t be so darn cheap with the toppings, there was hardly anything on it. That’s not even the worst part. After about an hour and a half I got really sick to my stomach. I felt great all day until after I ate that pizza. I have no idea what could have made me so sick because like I said, there was nothing on it, bad dough? So, the next day I called to inform them so they could check their ingredients to make sure it didn’t happen to someone else. I told the man right away, “look, I don’t want money, credit or anything from you, I just want to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.” This man argued with me on the phone like he knew what I was going through. It was so ridiculous. I will never order from them again. For a medium pizza to cost almost $50 & to have almost nothing on it is outrageous. I’m outraged on how I was treated and the whole thing was just an awful experience. Anywhere else would be a better choice. This place used to be so good, idk what happened. Maybe it got new owners and cooks because there’s not even any sauce on the pizza, if there is, you can’t taste it. They’re so expensive and rude that they should just give it up, go do something else. My parents and both my brothers use to love it here too and I told them about this and they all agreed their last orders were bad too. Not only did you lose my service but my families too. I order from this Naples Pizza location often. I have never once been disappointed. I only had an issue once & it was fixed immediately. I went to pick up my order and unfortunately something had happened. They had misplaced the receipt with my order on it (they were also extremely busy as it was during their dinner rush), so there was no pizza ready for me to pick up. The owner is absolutely amazing, he had my pizza ready hot & fresh in 20 minutes. He also gave it to me at a discounted price for the inconvenience. Other then that (which was dealt with beyond my expectations) I have always been 110% satisfied with my order. Their pizza is always cooked perfectly, they are extremely generous with the toppings, and they always have a friendly over the top welcoming greeting when I walk through the door. Ordered a king size pizza, received it burnt. The crust and the underside was charcoal. We called and complained, and the owner was very rude, and requested pictures. So we sent the pictures of the burnt pizza to the owner via text, and was still rude, saying that is how they make their pizza. I have ordered from multiple different naples and never received a pizza like this. Finally after some talk, the owner agreed to send us a MEDIUM pizza. Will not order from them again.
