Lee Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Ontario

The only Good thing about this place was the lovely delivery lady. We ordered a dinner for 4, an order of fries and added the Orange Thai Chicken Dish. When it arrived and we were serving, we realized we were missing the Thai Orange Chicken. I called immediately and explained the situation, counted out the number of dishes received and told them exactly what we got and what they were. Yes missing the extra dish. The first person I spoke with I had thought he said it was made and missed, so I asked if it was being delivered. I wasn’t understanding what this guy was saying. The lady that took my order got on the phone, and I proceeded to explain again. She told me she had camera, and they make, and we got dish, she called me a liar, told me I was rude, then hung up the phone on me. Umm what? I am missing a $13 dish from an $85 order, we don’t get to eat out often so needless to say this treat for the family was ruined. My boyfriend called and was also called a liar and hung up on.

Turns out the food isn’t that great, tasteless, overcooked, and we won’t be back! Don’t waste...

I have eaten here a couple times. Biggest pet peeve ever is they never answer the phone. Ever!

If their orders are filled for the day. They just stop answering the phone. They don’t put a voicemail saying they are closed or not taking anymore orders. They just don’t answer and let it ring until the call drops.

How did I figure this out? I live down the street from the restaurant. One day after calling probably 10-15 times. I walked over to place my order thinking they just left their phone off the hook.

They turned me away saying the orders were full and they just don’t answer the phone when this happens……. Um ok.

Super unprofessional. I only want a small dinner for one from their menu….. and I have to place the order early in the day to get it????? What???

No room for…. “I’m hungry, let’s get a quick Chinese food meal for 1 to go”. Literally have to wake up wanting Chinese food for dinner and place your order in the morning to get food from this restaurant.

Horrible meal and mall Chinese food is ten times better. To start the fried rice tasted burnt and lacked any meat. The Thai “spicy” loo mein were the most bland noodles I’ve ever had with no spice at all. The General Tao chicken consisted mainly of vegetables and had barely any chicken, which itself was small. Along with this the chicken was soggy, lacking flavour and to receive barely any for 12.95 is a rip off. The chicken balls were alright but nothing special. We had to order pizza as we ended up throwing it out. Finally, went to the mall the next day to fulfill the craving and my fiancé and I both agreed it was much better than anything from Lee Garden. This was the second chance we had given this place and will definitely not be going back. Wish there were more options in Belleville as the food is horrible and the customer service is worse. I would give it zero stars if possible but sadly one is as low as Google reviews will...
