I'm so sorry to do this but I have to! I have been eating at osmow's for over 5 years starting at the Guelph location and it my favorite shawarma. I've moved to London 3 years ago and was so excited to find osmow's on Clark rd where I use to live and it was great! So the bad part I tried a new location on wellington and it was soooo soggy I threw half away......so I have moved to west London and I'm close to Richmond location. Tonight I ordered 3 wraps and one on the rocks....one wrap was great and on the rocks was good too but the other 2 were so soggy that by the time I got home the fell apart. I tried putting them in my own Pennine press but it didn't work (see pictures) so I drove back (its 10min drive so all together back an fort over 40min in driving) and I was told that all they can do is remake them.....so I said ok. Waited for about 10-12min and 0 refund I drove back home so half of my family already ate......since from the original pick up call to the time I got home second time it was almost hour and a half......and still my wrap was very soggy so I used my own pita to rewrap it so it won't fall apart and use my Pennine pres again (see last pic) I have not had these issues before so its either the sauce is too watery or the pita is too thin or its not in the press long enough.....🤷‍♂️ Its very disappointing that it was my favorite shawarma and I really can't say that any more!! PS. I'm a chef and have been in the food industry for 25 years and I understand everything when it comes to food and real didn't want to leave this review but you need to change something..........

I've been a fan of Osmow's for a long time and I was really excited when I saw this location pop up! The service was awesome and I was even warned about their hot sauce (it's legit, they don't fool around). That being said, the new buzz has kept the location quite busy so we waited a bit longer for our food, which was reasonable and expected. The food was made perfectly and I enjoyed it like I normally would have at any other location. With over 50 locations I am so glad to see the food has kept that authentic taste, even when I compare to the original location. If you're new to the shawarma game, the chicken shawarma wrap is awesome. Try mild hot sauce before moving on if you're not a spice-lord (cheers, Hot Ones' fans). The other big hitter is their chicken on the rocks, which is one of my favourite things to get. It's rice with chicken on top and loaded with their signature sauce and some hot sauce if you ask for it. P.s. if you're a student they have a solid combo for a decent price! This place does it right, check it out!

It's worse than you could possibly imagine. Expensive, bland, frozen food. The Caesar Salad was iceberg lettuce with toasted crisps and the cheapest possible pre-made Caesar salad dressing on top. All the signs say "Fresh" and the TVs show delicious food being cooked. Not true. The vegetables in my entre were literally the kind you get from a No-Name bag of frozen veggies: waffle-cut carrots, pre-frozen white cauliflower, the whole bit. Their hot sauce is pretty decent, and the spice the put in the entre, but everything else was unseasoned while cooking, dumped together at the last moment, drenched in dressing, and seasoned at the very last step. It's very bland. The owner is very nice, and he gave me a free soda because it was my first time, but the entre cost $20. $20 for that? And no drink? The ambience is terrible, too. Cheap tables, bad lighting, not enough seating. All-in-all I would expect better from a chip wagon.

I used to eat at Osmow's when I lived in Mississauga, so I was excited when I found out one was opening up in London. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as good as I remember. We ordered combo for 2 (1 chicken shawarma wrap, 1 chicken shawarma platter with half rice/half fries)

The store was generally dirty and the staff seemed to be arguing. The fellow helping us seemed new (which is fine everybody has to learn), so it took a while to prepare our order. There were several mistakes made in our order and not much assistance from the other staff, despite it not being very busy. We paid for hummus (which seems strange to pay extra for in a shawarma joint) but there was none in the wrap or the platter. Also the fries were left in a container for 10 minutes while they prepared the rest of the order - so they were all soggy by the time we were ready to eat. Finally - either the mild sauce was really spicy or they accidentally used extra hot sauce. My wife struggled to eat the wrap because of the spiciness. I get its fun to market that your hot sauce is spicy - but its a bit much to have extra spicy mild sauce.

I'll give them a second chance, but seems like there are a lot of growing pains that they will have to...

Feeling very disappointed with the Richmond and Oxford osmos location. Although service was always very hit or miss they usually delivered well on the food. Tonight when going into the location to order takeout we got a lot of attitude from the woman behind the counter while asking her about things on the menu; as the menu has changed quite a bit from the last time we dinned there (and no longer saw our usual order option). After placing our order they prepared our food in a decent time frame (not too long on the wait.) Once we got home with our order I opened up my food to see it was just smothered In sauce. Couldn’t even see anything underneath the sauce. Once I started digging into it, I took my first bite a realized under all the sauce they put medium hot sauce on my order. I asked for “No Spice”on my platter. Hoping it was just a small dot that got in from my boyfriends order while they were making both our platters, I kept eating. Very soon I realized they doused my platter with medium hot sauce hiding under all the signature sauce. It was so hot I couldn’t even finish eating it. I’m not at all impressed and I would highly recommend checking your food before you leave there to make sure they got your...
