I recently had the pleasure of trying the special paneer veggie and ultimate tandoori veggie pizzas at Pizza Bakery Junction, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations! As a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for flavorful and satisfying pizza options, and these two have become my new favorites.
One thing that truly sets Pizza Bakery Junction apart is their commitment to freshness. The dough for every single pizza is freshly made, and you can taste the difference. The crust has a delightful crispness on the outside with a soft, airy texture inside, making each bite a pure joy.
The special paneer veggie pizza is a delightful combination of soft, marinated paneer chunks, fresh vegetables, and a perfect blend of spices. The paneer was cooked to perfection, with a nice balance of crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The vegetables were fresh and added a nice crunch, making each bite a burst of flavor.
The ultimate tandoori veggie pizza took things to another level. The tandoori-flavored veggies, combined with a rich, creamy sauce, created an unforgettable taste experience. The smoky, spiced flavor of the tandoori seasoning was perfectly balanced, making it a deliciously unique option that stands out from other vegetarian pizzas I've tried.
Both pizzas had a wonderfully crispy crust that was not too thick or thin, providing the perfect foundation for the toppings. The generous portions of cheese added a delightful creaminess without overwhelming the other flavors.
Pizza Bakery Junction has truly nailed it with their vegetarian pizzas. The freshness of the dough and the quality of the ingredients make all the difference. Whether you're a vegetarian or just someone who appreciates a well-made pizza, I highly recommend giving these a try. I'll definitely be returning for...

Read moreWe ordered a medium paneer makhani pizza (without cilantro) and an order of the honey chilli potatoes, the order came to $33.
Upon calling to order we were initially taken back/ unsure if we had the right place since they didn’t introduce themselves as the restaurant and they just said hello. The food was ready in 20 minutes.
The pizza has potential, there was pretty much no sauce on our pizza, we were expecting a flavour similar to a butter paneer (creamy tomato like sauce) but instead got a dry pizza. The crust and cheese are similar to that of little Caesar’s, which really isn’t horrible, it’s a light fully style crust, the moz stuck together and came off as you pulled out a slice.
The honey chilli potatoes had good flavour and were covered in some sort of batter, but the potatoes on the inside did not taste cooked and were pretty firm.
As a long time vegetarian I was excited to try a new restaurant, especially after seeing so many good reviews. I don’t think this is a place we’d...
