Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Ontario

Food was great but light on the toppings and sauce even after requesting extra sauce in the comment section…. A big issue with the workers is they NEED to pay better attention to online orders! Third time now placing an order online and they haven’t even started it when I arrive for a specific time with a sensitive pickup time for events/birthdays.

Portions for garlic bread and potato wedges keeps becoming less and less everytime

EDIT placed an advanced order at 4:15 with a 6:15 pickup time. Food was out on the table when I arrived and was told just came out of the oven 5ish minutes prior to my arrival. Get it home (5 minute drive) and everything was cold cold and usually the pizza is scolding hot even 20 minutes after coming out of the oven so the pizza was obviously made at 4:15 when the online order was placed. Guess I will have to stick to calling in the order 20 minutes before I go pick it up…..

Pizza and Wings are always delicious just the workers need to pay...

Good as pizza can get around here. We order from them a lot and never have an issue. Godfathers does nothing for us. We tried both when we moved here a year ago and have stuck with the Depot. As for those complaining about the lack of cheese...who doesn’t get double cheese on a pizza is that not a given!? The prices are reasonable and one should never cheap out on extra cheese! One suggestion though please get an online app or a better online ordering site as the current one...

Pizza is okay, I'm not a huge fan of their crust, but it wasn't too bad. The issue I'm having is the lack of cheese. When I ask for double cheese, I expect a good amount. There was barely cheese on it, the other pizza that had no extra or double cheese had more. Not happy. If you want to count something as two toppings, make it worth it. My sister and friend barely had toppings so there's that too. Much better...
