Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

I'm writing this review while waiting for my order to be made, that was ordered through a third party app about 30 mins ago, the young lady working ALONE with 7 people inside the store should be given a raise. Her coworkers I assume are hanging out in the back as she had asked for help upon me walking in, 30mins later she's still alone, the manager of this location should be absolutely appalled with their employees, to have an amazing and very hard working woman alone up front while her coworkers giggle, laugh and carry on in the back is asinine to say the least. As someone from the neighborhood I will no longer be giving this location service. Kratika is the only reason this review gets anything above one star, love if you see this, tonight you handled everyone in the store and all orders that came in while I was here with grace and speed and you should be very proud...

This is the only subway I have ever been to that refused to put mushrooms on my Veggie Sub. (I’ve been to over 25 Subways in Ontario) I am a Vegetarian and I don’t eat cheese. Every time I go to subway, I order a Veggie sub. When they ask me “what kind of cheese” I say “None, but please put some Mushrooms on it” Every Subway employee always does this without further thought. But in Byron they always refuse and say we can not do that. I argue and offer to pay. One time the employee actually charged me $1.25 for them and billed it as extra cheese on my bill. This Franchise Owner needs to get with the program. Vegans are growing in numbers. He just lost a customer, I gave this store 5 chances. From now on I’ll go to the Subway on Southdale...

So, myself and my staff all work in a art studio down the street, we’re all frequent customers of this subway and for whatever reason, the young worker they have there full time and days ~ never ever puts soup on. Literally, I check almost every shift (5days a week) and the only time I had soup there was once in the last two months when the other part time female worker was working. Please train him to do soup, and to use the oven for bacon. (He likes to microwave the bacon and it’s gross and rubbery tasting)

If the soup is there consistently , I’ll change my review too 5 stars ~ please train this store to do...
