Me and my colleagues came to this location around noon on April 11th. We have daily meetings and we usually do them inside of a tims location since we are field workers. This was our first time at this location and the manager kicked us out. The reasoning being we didn’t purchase anything (even though we were going to). We weren’t even inside for 10 minutes before she told us to leave. This is NOT a TDL policy. I’m very familiar with TDL policies as i have family members who are store managers and even know corporate workers. TDL policy is anyone can sit in a restaurant, use the bathroom, wifi etc. REGARDLESS of purchase. We told her we were going to buy stuff, and with attitude she says “every single person here?” It doesn’t matter if 0, 1, or the entire table purchases something, that’s not a TDL policy. Her excuse being that the store was very busy, even though there were literally no other customers sitting inside. We were not being disruptive, we were not rowdy teens who were yelling or talking loudly. We were in a business meeting. There was no other customers sitting in the store, perhaps due to the pathetic manager. There are MULTIPLE google reviews of other customers who claim to be getting kicked out as well. In what world is this a normal business practice? This needs to be resolved ASAP, or else tiktok and other social media will be hearing of this story and seeing...
Read moreThis tim hortons can’t seem to get anything right , they have 6 ppl working drive through and a line up inside the restaurant and 6 more workers standing around talking , this location is extreamly slow and both myself and my gf work around the corner and every day our order is not what we ordered , it’s gotten to the point where we’re losing money and gaining nothing our food is thrown out most of the time because it’s made wrong or not what we ordered , we can’t leave our job to bring back messed up Tim hortons , my gf used to work there and didn’t leave on the greatest terms and feels that this is being done On purpose, each person we work with (10) ppl at our place of employment have had bad experiences weekly from that location , the manager has an attitude and is not friendly and I’ve seen employees put on tills and have no clue what there doing or how to make anything properly. There is only one Tim hortons in Byron so we have no choice but to use that location if we want a coffee. Worse location in london , slow mixed up nothing right and rude managment I have several videos of the employees standing around doing nothing and talking to other employees and a huge line up of customers waiting to be served . The owners need to re-evaluate there managment and put ppl in that position who care about the business and not just there monthly grand for...
Read moreI dont like leaving negative reviews for any business, most of mine are positive but I feel this place needs a shout out. Unfortunately I cannot leave a zero.
I parked my vehicle and walked in for a coffee on Wednesday Oct 7 at about 10:45. There was nobody in line in front of me. I stood at the counter for 6 minutes being ignored. I counted 8 people, I think there were more, serving the drive through window.
I guess their focus is on getting cars through the drive through. I pass through their drive through multiple times a week in the past, but not any more. I'll never go back.
Tim Hortons, Don't ask me to to reach out to your staff about this. Come here and knock on my door so I can ignore you. McDonald's service is faster and their coffee is...
