DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I've had some bad experiences in the past, but food quality usually made the poor service bearable. I tried to order Friday and the experience was terrible. As you'll read in other reviews, I also experienced "on hold hell" as I struggled to get through to cancel my online order. I finally spoke with someone after about 25 minutes of being put on hold (I had to YELL overtop to get attention) and I was told that my order was cancelled. Clearly a staffing issue (on top of the horrendous lack of even minimal customer service). Imagine my surprise when a pizza hut driver buzzes my apartment 2 and a half hours after I had placed my order... That poor soul had no idea the order was cancelled and wasted his time and money driving to me for no reason. Not fair to your staff. The final straw was the emailed response to my survey complaint where I DID receive an apology, but no attempt to regain my business for the future was made. Nothing free, no discount... I received an email with a code for a free cookie, but that was automatically sent out by the system with an apology for slow delivery times because my order wasn't actually "cancelled". Read moreAbsolutely the worst pizza hut to order from. When calling not even sure what they say before throwing u on hold, until ur so sick of waiting u just hang up. Places my order about 1.5 hours ago, app says it was delivered 34 mins ago. Have called twice since the app says it's been delivered and unable to speak to anyone to ask about it. Save your money, time and patience. Update, pizza finally arrived, or cold bread I should say, not even warm no topping literally zero sauce and I'd say half of it has cheese even tho I paid for extra. Cinnaparts are hard and the lettuce to the Ceasar salad was old soft and brown. So disappointing. They're going to refund my money (so they say) but has to be tomorrow when the managers in. We shall see if that actually happens. If they do, they'll earn one more star. UPDATE: manager called me back this morning. First tried to say the app was correct until I told her to check the drivers debit receipt. Then admitted they've had this same issue before with this driver. Stacking pizza in his trunk until he has a few orders then goes to deliver so he doesn't waste his gas. I was offered a full refund. Gave them 1 more star for the refund but they don't deserve it. Read moreAbsolutely disgusted with the service here. Ordered 3 pizzas, basic toppings and the order came to $51 +tax, they got 1 of the three pizzas wrong after we waited over an HOUR. They refused to give us money back, told us the Manager isn't answering the phone and that we'd have to wait for the pizza to be remade, meanwhile our correct pizzas are getting cold.
Someone who had been waiting half an hour before we even arrived left 45 minutes later with the wrong order as well, and was given a free small pizza, and garlic bread because they didn't want to have to make him another pizza.
Not to mention, four people who had also been waiting up and left without even being serviced or asked their order.
A woman who had ordered 4 mediums and came to pick them up was told there was a mix-up, they'd been thrown out and she'd have to wait until they had time to make another set. She left to go to Wendy's instead.
