Build A Bowl ( South ) — Restaurant in Ontario

If I could rate 0 stars I would because that’s what this place deserved this evening. The 2 lady’s working in this establishment do not deserve customer service positions non the less at a place of food.

Very little communication, seem almost more focused completing Uber orders instead of servicing the customers in store. My wife and I were next in line and deliberately skipped for the next lady who walked in because she was closer to the till after we had been waiting nearly 10 minutes with no communication.

These lady’s had no hairnets or gloves on the older lady yelling at the younger lady… I’ve reported this business to the Ministry of Labor and Health Department. Absolutely disgusted.

Will never return to any build a bowl based off of this single experience and I hope other people see and acknowledge...

This is my super honest review . I really only come here because there is no freshii in the area. Freshii is a lot cheaper and you get about the same quality . Tried a few of the wraps, didn’t like any of them. Tried the bowls, hit or miss, sometimes I’m paying 19$ for more than half to be rice or string noodle. Their pizzas are tasty.

Now customer service , I’ve gone in to be treated kindly , I’ve also gone in to over hear the staff complaining about customers openly and about what they are ordering and and and being passive aggressive. All in all they get you on being one of the only healthy options but I can go to a sushi/Asian restaurant and get 2x the food for same quality, price and...

I've eaten here a couple of times. Their Deep Root Salad was good, but lacking dressing, they definitely could add a bit more, as it was dry. The Santa Fe wrap was not good. The quinoa was so overcooked it was MUSH. Of all the times I've eaten quinoa, I've never experienced it like this. The whole wrap fell apart after one bite, and the tiny amount of sauce on it was all at the bottom of the wrap, so instead of flavouring the wrap, it just dripped out. The amount of chicken on the wrap was minimal. For the price, I expected a lot more from this place. I appreciate that it's fresh food, as that is scarce in the fast-food world, however, it seems to lack effort when it's all...
