Two stars (would have been one) because my coffee wasn't burnt or drowned in cream this time. This location is convenient for work, but I'm thinking I'll be stopping at Starbucks from now on instead. The amount of money I've wasted tossing coffee or wrong orders justifies the cost increase.
Here's a drive through manual the staff can study:
"Hi, can I help you?" or "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, what can I get you?" - This helps the person sitting at the speaker to know when to start talking. Make eye contact or, at the very least, FACE the person you're serving at the drive through. Although handing off a coffee through the window without looking (and not dropping it on the ground or customer, no less) is a truly impressive skill, the conversation you're having with your co-worker can wait. "Have a good Morning/Afternoon/Evening!" - So the person sitting at the window knows you THINK they have all their order. That cuts down on the confusion when you finally finish your conversation, turn around and notice they're still there waiting for their muffin. Btw, when people order a muffin with the butter on the side please think to include a knife in the bag.

I wait there few minutes and start saying Hello-Hello bt still same thing. I know something they are busy somewhere and Didn’t notice someone waiting on speaker. I try to honk frndly so they pay attention bt still no answer. Then I moved my car to window and try to knock on window bt still no answer. I knocked few time and honk loud this time bcz I saw lady was walking around. There is a very unhappy man that works in the drive thru and since he is literally the first person we encounter out in the world every day and his attitude is just not how we want to start our day. His demeanor is so aggressive and irritated. This morning he literally acted like we were inconveniencing him the minute we started ordering. Just to be clear we order 2 coffees that's all it's not like we're constantly ordering for 10 ppl. In an ever changing world of digital conveniences all you have left as a business to keep your customers is service. The service here stinks.
