Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Ontario

I honestly wish I took a picture; if you know of Quesada, you know BIG burritos and this is the only one size comparable! As for taste and ingredients, it was just what I was looking for, multiple choices on meats/beans and toppings plus they put guacamole on my burrito for free for my first purchase! Quality and filling without leaving you bound to your couch wondering when you'll be able to walk again - trust me you will be stuffed! Got wondering about the history of the location as I've seen then around London for a while but never went in and the person working the counter answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION about the place, how long they've been open, all the addresses of locations, and basically the who what when how and why - I rarely get that from people but sometimes the history of the place can show the effort people put in to make a great atmosphere

As a teenager who works in fast food, I get it and I sympathize with the hardship the employees in this industry have to face. I’m not one to complain and never have before, however I went to get lunch with a friend today and decided to try this place out since it is new and located near my home. Service was not the greatest, if anything the employees were quite ill-mannered. I understand this is not an authentic Mexican restaurant, so I did not expect an authentic Mexican meal. However, I was not expecting this. My chicken was extremely dry, the lettuce was soggy and my beans were cold. Not only did it taste awful, but there was hair in my food. I ended up throwing almost all of it out. I didn’t complain or go back to demand a refund, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. We went to the wonderland location just off of South Dale beside the McDonald's and were hesitant to go in as we have never had Fat Burritos before. We came in at 9:50pm 07/18/23 to a clean shop and a very nice younger man behind the counter. He was very helpful with our food and walked us through the whole process even giving us ideas and recommendations for things that may be good.

He was very patient with us as we took our time ordering and had amazing customer service, I am so glad to hear that there are people out here that take customer service so seriously! I felt comfortable asking questions and we even made a few jokes and small talk while ordering.

Over all great experience and I really hope this man gets noticed for his amazing attitude, willingness to help out and going above and beyond!
