Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

I have been to other Subway locations in London, Ontario; from my experience, this one is the BEST! This location is always clean, the staff are friendly, and fast.....I never have to wait for a long time.

The best part is that they ALWAYS make my sub exactly as I've tried to communicate my individual preferences. I will drive by other locations (as I just did tonight) to get "my sub, my way." Yup, truly SUBWAY.

Sonia made my sub tonight; and tonight, I overheard another customer compliment Pearl on the fact that his subs were made perfectly. He said, "You know, it might seem like a small thing, but that was made perfectly."

I disagree. It's not a small thing. It's great customer service.

So, I needed to mention that my sub was made perfectly by Sonia. Since neither knows most patrons personally, that would mean that they're both actively listening, and communicating with you to get your order right.

Terrible Subway, been there a few times and they always manage to disappoint. They try to save on lettuce and everything else that you could ask for in your sub. Had to ask if this was owned by a franchisee and if he makes the call to try and save on every bit of sub they can. A few times the lettuce and tomatoes did not look fresh either. I'll go back to the Subway on Commissioners / Wellington anytime but this place has lost my business permanently. If you want a sub, I suggest driving a bit it will be worth it, you won't be leaving with a feeling of being ripped off. I don't usually post reviews but man is this one worth it... Oh and please, please... If you don't want to work there, at the very least please don't act like customers bother you by walking in to your store. Not sure if they just can't bother to care or don't want to be there but damn the interactions with staff have...

Very friendly staff. Tried very hard to be helpful. I was unfamiliar with the menu and discovered that I could order the same meals on flatbread (as a wrap) as I could on the subway buns. Was a bit disappointed to find out that there is more salt in Turkey than chicken and ham because I am trying to limit sodium intake but that's not an issue for staff, that's a me issue trying to learn about their menu. Regardless, would certainly go back and will to try the chicken and at some point the ham
