I was disappointed with Pizza Nova. The food was good, that I wonât deny but the poeople on the phone were rude, the pizza took over an hour to arrive and was partially burnt when it finally did get here. We initially tried to order through the app, but it crashed enough times that we got frustrated and called the delivery line instead. The first time we called, the person who answered our call was rude and downright condescending and also âcouldnât find our street to order the deliveryâ even though when we called back the second time, the other lady simply punched in our postal code and found it almost immediately. Although actually finalizing the order was difficult as the lady repeatedly confused what we said. Then after almost an hour of waiting we called back to check on our pizza and were met with attitude once more. Also, even though during the second call when we (finally) placed the order we specified three separate times we were at the back door in the downstairs apartment, the delivery person still went to the wrong door. Food was great but not worth the hassle. Definitely...

Walked into Pizza Nova in Belleville thinking Iâd just grab a slice and get on with my day. Instead, I stumbled into a culinary experience so magical I half expected Gordon Ramsay to pop out of the kitchen and say, âNow this is how you do it!â
Jay â the legend himself â was behind the counter running the show like a pizza Jedi. This man doesnât just make pizza. He crafts it. Michelangelo had the Sistine Chapel⊠Jay has the deluxe with extra cheese.
The crust? Goldilocks level â not too thick, not too thin, just right. The toppings? Loaded like it owed me money. The cheese pull? So dramatic, it deserved its own slow-motion montage.
Jay even threw in a âHave a great day!â with the kind of sincerity that made me question every fake âHave a great dayâ Iâve ever received.
Bottom line: If youâre in Belleville and not getting Pizza Nova from Jay, you're missing out on doughy greatness and pure mozzarella joy.
Would I come back? Already outside waiting for them...

Quality ingredients, friendly staff, and all around great experience. I've ordered from them multiple times now just to make sure it wasn't a one-time occurrence of good pizza. Everything requires a great foundation and their crust and sauce are better than great.
Even my mother, who has used the same pizza place for well over 40 years, has loved their pizza so much that she has decided to change.
Others have complained about prices; last I checked quality isn't usually cheap. If you want cheap prices you'll get a cheap product. If you want quality be prepared to pay. In this case you'll get a pizza of a quality better than gourmet restaurants at a price lower than they would charge.
The Matwyuks will be ordering from here from now on unless things change and Circle #418 of the Columbian Squires will be as well on...
