Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten, with so many flavorous topppings.

I DO recommend the garlic sauce in the pizza! It adds an elegant touch to the mass and makes it special! For the toppings I recommend fresh slices of tomatoes (or driex tomatoes), onions, and black olive. The garlic itself with their special mass, makes the pizza better than the pizzas of so many other brands!

In special, I pay my complinent to the very committed associates Shkurte and Purav, and to the owner Florim. Because all of them always perform their work with terrific care, thorough appraisal, so much hardworking, commitment, patience and respect to the client, and intrepidity.

I'm not rating 1 star because I've had decent service before. This time, I came and they made a mistake. Delivered my pizza elsewhere by accident. Mistakes happen, but they wouldn't compensate for my time. They wanted me to wait, extra 5-10 min in store for delivery driver to come back. After waiting, they finally offer to make a fresh one for me. I asked for a small discount on the wings for now having to wait another 20-30m again for my food to be made. They can't do anything and said food is already going to waste and make it sound as if that is my fault. First and foremost, if I could give this Pizza Pizza store a big zero for service and food quality, it would be well-deserved! They messed up my pizza order when I asked for a BBQ dip. Instead, they gave me BBQ drizzle. I told them I didn’t want drizzle, but they handed me a BBQ dip and expected me to be okay with their mistake. It was very inconsiderate to expect me to pay for a pizza that wasn’t what I ordered.

A month ago, they gave me a clearly burnt pizza with very black cheese(I have attached a photo). Do yourself a favor and go to the next nearest Pizza Pizza and hope...
