I would not give even a single star if I could. I have got the worst service ever from any Popeye's location. I got the coupon from Popeye's website which was specific for this location. On the coupon it was mentioned that I could get 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 regular sides for $14.99 and the validity of the coupon is till 19 November 2017. Their representative on front denied first to accept the coupon but after consulting with the other lady (may be manager) he accepted that coupon but he charged $16.99 for the same deal instead of $14.99. When I noticed later on the receipt and asked him that coupon has different amount then he gave some weird reasons that the Popeyes corporate gave the deal and we dont have any responsibility of this deal but if that was the case he should informed me before charging me extra money and should show me the good manners of customer service when I asked him to compensate my money by offering any side or drink. My question here then why did they put the EXPIRY DATE on coupon? Other than that while I was ordering they did not ask that if I like to take out or dine in. I was with my family so had a plan of dine in but when they delivered my order they gave my food in paper bag without any plates. They did not even clean the table and my daughter cleaned the table before start eating. I also ordered sweet heat sauce and they charged money for that but when I got the order that sauce was missing and even they did not give any regular ketchup sachet. I had to request again for that sauce. I am a regular customer of Popeyes and had it before at Wellington street location in London and many locations in Toronto and they all have exceptional customer service. I must say that it was my horrible experience and I am totally disappointed from their service. This was my first and last visit on that particular location and I would even recommend others to NEVER visit this pathetic place ever. I would suggest the management to take serious action and train their employee the basic customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family has often visited Popeyes and love the food and were excited to come with the mailer coupons we had received. We ordered an 8-piece chicken only with a large gravy to use our coupon for $5 off $25 or more, which came to $25.25 before tax. The cashier rang it through fine. The issue came when another employee -- who was wearing a different uniform and seemed to be the supervisor, manager, or owner (grey uniform, nametag āEdā) -- looked at the receipt and scolded the front cashier crew member -- quietly, but also less than two feet away from myself as well as other waiting customers. He said it had to be $25 before tax, they both rang it in again and calculated it, and ensured that yes, it was $25 before tax. He was quite visibly and audibly irritated with the crew member and with the customer -- myself and my family -- for getting $5 off "only 25 cents above 25." He kept looking at the receipt during this time and muttering quietly to himself. The cashier pointed out, reasonably, that the coupon was for $25 OR more. This manager then told her that she should know that "[they] don't do these promotions" which struck me as quite odd as I later checked their online coupons for this specific store, and they do, indeed, do these promotions.
(Also worth noting: the customers who ordered right before us had a question regarding their order; he met their confusion and questions with a frown and dismissive gestures at their food -- actually TOUCHING their food -- and reiterating that "this is what you ordered, this is what it looks like" without addressing their actual concerns, and summarily dismissed them.)
He was extremely unprofessional and made this visit stressful not only for myself as the customer to watch this happen, but for his crew members as well. This location is closest and most convenient for me to visit, but after this, I think I will be looking elsewhere with a dining environment less focused on greed and more focused on good food and serving the customers what they ordered for the price they...

I need to warn the management about a serious problem with one of your night shift employees. He is a skinny male, around 5ā10ā5ā11, usually wearing an orange T-shirt and a cap, with some beard.
This person has absolutely no respect for customers or delivery drivers. I have been watching his behavior for the past two months, and it is the same every timeārude, careless, and arrogant. He talks back to customers, ignores delivery drivers, and has no understanding of professional service.
One incident shocked me the most: an Uber driver was waiting more than 20 minutes for an order. Instead of helping, this employee told him, āIf you cannot wait, cancel the order.ā This is unacceptable. Drivers work long hours, and customers trust Popeyes with their money. Statements like this are insulting and harmful to your business.
If this continues, it will not only drive customers and drivers away but could also lead to formal complaints to higher authorities. Your brandās reputation is at stake because of one careless worker.
I strongly urge the employer to investigate and take action immediately. If management ignores this, then be ready for bigger problems because people will not stay...
