Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to Pizza Pizza with a couple of my friends while we were walking their puppies. The atmosphere was uninspiring, the food definitely wasn't worth it. I could have got a hot dog at seven-eleven or something; it would have been more prone to causing illness but at least I wouldn't have had to stomach the taste of regret. They charged me 80 cents extra for an extra marinara sauce that was, frankly, a very shallow dish of tomato paste. The man who took my change was unprofessionally dressed with peeling hands, and before he stepped up to the counter I thought he was a civilian who had somehow wandered into the workspace. I think the kicker was when we asked for a couple of shallow bowls so that we could let the puppies have some water. They said they couldn't give us any because counting the remaining containers was how they determined sales at the end of the day. I don't know how true this is, but I think it's kind of low to deny some small dogs water and not even look sorry about it. I didn't get a good vibe from these guys and they definitely didn't seem like they tried very hard to value us as customers. Although the pizza was okay in taste, the service we received here was frustating. Particularly, the old lady who serves here has the worst attitude towards the Indian students and treating disrespectful. We went here to celebrate my friend's birthday and she made our day worse. She refused to add oregano or chilli flakes to our pizza. The reason she had was so lame that they had it in huge containers and she commanded us to wear mask, take your pizza iin the middle of eating for every slice when you need oregano or chilli flakes(FYI I never disobeyed covid protocols, as I myself have encouraged ppl around me to practice it) Though this interrupts the fun taking your pizza slice everytime to her, this might be okay as well. The way she expressed it was in an authoritative tone. She could have put it in a better way atleast. She is such a racist that I saw her well behaved with canadians. I dont recommend students to have pizza here as we ll end up having a bad day. Well there are lot more places who serves better pizza but still polite and humble to the customers...

They delivered someone elses order to us. Which wasnt that annoying Honestly. But then the delivery driver came back moments later and retrived the wrong order.

I wrote "opened" right on the box. Becuase i opened the box expecting my order. But im still concerned about that policy during a pandemic.

The other issue i had with the delivery driver was, they selected the 25% tip option before handing me the machine. And then commented when i asked him to correct the machine.

I would advise inspecting your order when it arrives from this place. Because when i finally got my correct order. The boxes were cold and damaged, looks like they were opened. And the food was cold.
