I placed an order, for delivery, in the late evening but not so late that the restaurant would not have enough time to make and deliver this order of a single pizza in time to follow their time guarantee, or before the restaurant closed. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive (obviously longer than the time limit specified in their "time guarantee"). The company's policy states that my order is then free of charge. Now, not only did the delivery driver dispute my claim - even though I was quoting COMPANY POLICY! - She quickly moved my pizza away from me, tried to show me what time SHE had (saying that my clock/timing was wrong, and her clock/timing was correct and was showing that she had delivered within the time limit), but even according to HER time she was late! Not only were her claims DEAD WRONG, she was SHOCKINGLY RUDE throughout our entire encounter! Beginning with telling me flat out I was wrong and she was right, then refusing to honour company policy, being short with me, then interrupting me, raising her voice, telling me I cannot speak to the manager, just relentlessly repeating I was wrong and had to pay. FINALLY I got on the phone with a manager and was utterly BEWILDERED to hear him say it wasn't her fault because she was only a trainee!! The "Time Guarantee" part of the company policy DOES NOT except 'the delivery driver being a trainee'. Things continued to escalate even further if you can believe it, but I can say with complete honesty that SHE was definitely the worst delivery driver I've ever met or heard of, and THE MANAGER was completely useless, broke protocol, and made for a HELLISH representation of the PIZZA PIZZA franchise. Read moreThis pizza pizza location was always my go to until recently. Love the older guy that works there and it’s nice inside, but whoever this young guy is needs to be replaced. Horrible attitude and not customer friendly, had a bad interaction and will be changing locations.
Ordered lunch for pickup, but my order was not correct so I drove back to the store and waited in line to speak with the employee.
Once speaking with him he agreed to make me fresh & correct food. I watched this employee try to fix the issue with the order he messed up on, and kept the fresh food he made me for himself.
I confronted him about this, and pointed out the food that he was supposed to give me but didn’t. Kept insisting that what he was giving me was fine, but as a paying customer I told him that’s not what I asked for.
After a couple attempts to give me the messed up order, I ended up asking this employee for a refund. He got upset by this and was being petty, giving me my refund in quarters.
What kind of a business is this? Please make the friendly older guy full time because he’s so nice to deal with.

Read moreI ordered the Popcorn chicken and it came raw. Every single piece was completely pink inside. I called back, and the Rep on the phone offered a replacement or to give me half of what I paid for the chicken (it was $5.99 so they offered me $3) I hung up and drove back to the store with the chicken and asked for the money for the whole order, $45 because of the terrible experience. The manager was very rude to me, and told me he would only give back the $5.99 I paid for the chicken. I did not think that was acceptable, after I drove there to pick up my order, then had to drive back because OF RAW CHICKEN. both my kids and boyfriend had it in their mouths. The manager did not budge, and I left there extremely upset and with $5.99 in my pocket... I called customer service again, asked to speak to a supervisor who was also extremely rude and did nothing to rectify my experience. Hands down worst service I have ever received.
