Naan Stop Express — Restaurant in Ontario

I went there once and I had good experience and enjoyed my meal. The food was great and tastey but bit pricey. However, food was great and it offers variety of indian dishes and I feel that they need to improve. The staff is friendly and they do ask for suggestions. The best part is this restaurant does offer dessert which real authentic indian taste. If you really want to explore indian food this is the place for you guys. Restaurant does ask you for your choice that how much spiecy food you want I always preffer medium because it is the specieness you get in real indian food because I can tell you I am from indian. The best thing is it's newly opened place and people are showing interest in it. when visited I saw that the number of customers were decent as of new opening and the service was also fast I got my food with in 10 minutes and also it was order for five people and it was rush time. Another thing which you should know that this restaurant is managed by Asian family so they know the real meaning of indian food. Also the location of this place out of crowded ares therefore you can easily come here and pick up meal and forgot to mention that they do offer pickups. The only thing I didn't like was actually the curry of my food was not thick it suppose to be and I hope that owner would read my comment and take care of it from next time. Actually, I forgot to mention that I had smoosa that day. Actually, smoosa is stuffed with boiled potatoes and other species mixed with it and served with tomato sauce and white chick...

I usually do reviews to help businesses...tried their food 2 months ago...the only good item was the chapli kabab (no chutney on the side)....the other items were not edible but the owner was nice to refund the amount....gave them a 2nd shot today just for the chapli kabab...so th3y charged me $90 for 5 pieces of chapli kabab, 4 naan, 1 daal and I order of veggie pakoras...the price is ridiculous and on top of that no chutney for the kababs plus they said their payment system is down and they asked me to send them interac to a Gmail account...now the best part comes, they charged me taxes on the amount that was sent to a personal email account...now let's talk about the food, the daal was not fresh at all...chapli kabab were decent but the least they could have done is to add a chutney on the side which is basically a dipping sauce! No one in entire Canada charges $9 + HST for a single piece of kabab (please share a restaurant that charges that amount)....i ordered naan and got half cooked raw roti !!!! I will never ever visit your restaurant again, not because of the food but because of you ripping people off...your payment machine was working but you wanted the payment under the table and we all know why !!! And shame on you for recommending me your chicken tikka boti which was burnt and not edible (see attached image) Good luck with running a restaurant in the most...

Decent food but poor service.

We called 20 mins before arrival with our order of 5 dishes. We were told 25 mins no problem we would just chill outside for a few mins. On arrival there was 1 other gentleman talking with the staff. I walked in 30 mins after I called in our order and was told it would be another 20 mins. Fine alright. One other family showed up and ordered and sat down with the original gentleman. No orders came or went since I arrived. After 20 mins I went in and was told it would be another 15 mins. At this point I was getting really frustrated and was watching them actually cooking my food finally. the other group never got any food at this time. I waited another 20 mins then I finally got my food with an apology that "we are busy"

I waited over 1 hour from my original call at 1240pm to getting my order at 150pm for 5 dishes after with no other orders being given out in the 40 mins I waited on site. Absolutely ridiculous.

Plus I had ordered extra naan which I paid for but did not receive.

This unfortunately seems so be a regular occurrence from what I'm told by family in kingston and from what I understand this restaurants owner doesn't much care about customers in any scenario.

Go somewhere else not for the food but just for...
