Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Brockville Parkdale ave 2539, I stopped by to order food but had to use the loo first,, the bathroom hasn't been cleaned, possibly ever. If these employees are actually having to use this bathroom then I don't think that they should be touching anyone's food. The urine on the base of the bowl looks like it has occupied this spot for longer than acceptable. The floor is extremely grungy (built up) without having been cleaned properly in what appears to be "months". The sink is very dirty, the mirror looks like someone smeared "something" all over it, and taps look extremely spotty and look like they haven't seen a good cleaning in at least a week or longer. The handicap accessibility switch to the toilet was filthy and the one that lets one enter into the store, was non functional.. The counter staff had such a thick Eurasian accent that the simplest of conversations was more aggravating than one should ever encounter in the restaurant industry. I used to go to this pizza pizza every week (when it fit in the budget) but the last few times I've ordered the quality of the food has plummeted. I would advise to not order the free hot pepper flakes unless you hate your tastebuds, they pile it on, imagine barely being able to see your toppings when you asked for 1 or 2 sprinkles. And speaking of those toppings, less present then prior as well. I hate leaving only bad reviews so I will add a little good, not sure if the guy that was always working is still working (horrible with names please don't take as a lack of respect), I really hope he is, because he made delicious pizza and his proportions were right on the mark. He and the more affordable pricing on a few a menu items is why I gave a 2 not a 1. I did call the custom service and filled in a survey but the lack of accountability is again why they didn't score higher. Visited this location at about 12:15 on April 6th. The tables were a bit messy, but the food was typical for Pizza Pizza. I must say, I have worked in the food industry and I do have some concern about this location which might influence my decision to go to a Pizza Pizza in the future. A lady returned a slice of pizza after she had it in front of her at her table, as it was not what she asked for. I watched the worker then try to give that slice to another patron as it was the kind that they ordered. Thankfully the customer was paying attention and advised that they wanted a fresh one. The worker then put it back on the counter, presumably to put it back in the case or to give to someone else. I made a point of explaining that it should go in the garbage and after telling him a few times, he finally disposed of it. I question this location's...
