Absolute WORST customer service ever!! We placed an order for a medium pizza and 2 lb of wings, 1 lb one sauce and another pound a different sauce. After the driver dropped the food off we noticed the sauces were wrong and the pizza seemed to be a size small (not knowing their pizza sizes were smaller than average pizza sizes) We called back right away and requested the driver bring the correct order since there was a mix up , or a refund and from the very beginning the young girl working the late night shift was giving us attitude. After explaining her the mix up, she told us the driver would be back with the correct order and that they cannot do refunds.
We waited an hour before calling them back asking where our order was and the same girl told us the driver wasn't coming back. She asked for the inches labelled on the pizza box which was 12" (their medium size apparently) and ACCUSED us of lying, denying us the food exchange for our wings that were wrong. She hung up on us twice to which we called back both times. We asked for the managers info and she refused to give us that and refused to forward us to her manager who was in the store.
After hanging up on us a THIRD time, she finally let us speak to the manager who then refused to help us in any way. So after spending $40 on the wrong order to then be denied an exchange or refund while we sat for an hour expecting the promised exchange letting the food go cold , I say STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
Again, worst customer service ever. Doesn't even deserve one star... And we used to order (wings) from pizza tonite all the time. Not anymore..
If it helps the management, the young girl seemed to be in her twenties or thirties. Working this London location at 9:30-11-30 pm on Friday January 1. She has terrible customer service and will really give this...
Read moreI have been ordering from pizza tonite for many many many many years I lived in Chatham and went to pizza tonite since I was a kid. I was so happy to find out there was a pizza tonite in London!!!! So once a week we order usually on a Friday night. This is how much we loved them. We usually wait way over the 45 min they tell us it will take for delivery and never care because that was our go to place. So tonight as we usually order we called in for delivery at 5:25 pm. They said 45 min like usual. I gave them my husbands phone because mine only rings half the time. Well there was no knock on the door, there was no call to my husbands phone. However a missed call from mine (which doesn’t ring) my husband calls pizza tonite back and the guy answered and was soooo rude and hung up on my husband. So he called the number that I had missed on my phone cause it was the delivery drivers number. He said I’m back at pizza tonite let me talk to my boss and hung up! So we wait a couple min thinking they will just bring it back and was even going to give the driver a huge tip for the mess up on BOTH our parts as I stated my husbands number to call. So husband calls back pizza tonite and the guy said to call somewhere else for pizza. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Over 10 years of ordering from there this has NEVER HAPPENED!!!!! And how rude the guy was. He didn’t even say like we will send it back out but you have to pay extra cause we Soooooo would have. It saddens me to say we will never order from there again!!!!!!!! Read moreWe have ordered from Pizza Tonite a number of times over the last decade that we have lived here and our minimum order normally is 3 to 4 pizzas and sides as we are either ordering for friends or our family of 4. We have never had a great experience if we have had to deal with the staff or management, but the food is normally not bad and we like supporting local businesses... However after tonight they lost us as a customer. We ordered 4 pizza's and sides. When the delivery got here we were charged more then we expected with no explanation on our bill. They also forgot our salad at the restaurant. The delivery person side it was for using credit. We questioned 6 dollars as that seemed a lot. So well he was getting our missing item we called the restaurant got the staff with bad english and then they proceeded to be pass us around to three different people all with different explanations for the 6 dollars extra charge and not stating why none of these reasons showed on the bill... This was done quick (under 10 mins) and finally they passed the phone to someone who just said "you can't get a cheaper pizza anywhere" then with out resolving anything they hung up on us. So after having bad service for years, but descent food we will never return here... Oh PS.... I am a chef by trade, never have I treated a customer this badly especially when working for a local non-chain restaurant. I am pretty understanding since I am in the business, but this is not right...
