Ring A Wing — Restaurant in Ontario

Horrible service!!!! Took 112 mins to arrive and assured it was still hot but was in fact the opposite. Called to make a grievance and they told to call back in 15 mins which then put me at 2:04am and they close at 2am. Wont answer the phone now and I am stuck here with food made over 2 hours ago. NEVER gonna order from here again and in fact will tell everyone not to order from there as well. Worst delivery NA. Get your f'n employees to act professional. buddy on the phone sounded like I woke him up and he couldn't be bothered! F* you ring a wing and everyone involved!.... And I can tell you right now that a lot of these positive reviews are totally wrong and half of the reviews that are positive seem to be of the same descent/background as the owners and I believe that the others are merely friends helping out. I urge everyone to stay away! Too many people here that say the same thing and a lot of people that have no idea what wings are supposed to taste like. If you want cold food this...

Ring a Wing is usually great, but the Wonderland/Oxford location is terrible.

I usually order from the South Wenige location (north London), however it is currently closed for renovations. The Wonderland/Oxford location is the next closest for me.

Wings were terrible. Not enough seasoning and soggy. About 4 hours after eating, I felt super nauseated. I am almost certain the wings I had from this location were the cause. It's pretty ghetto, and does not seem very clean. When you're paying for "premium" wings, you shouldn't serve them in a restaurant that looks like a dump. The person taking the order seemed to not understand a thing I was saying when I had questions about a new sauce I wanted to try, they kept just repeating "ok how many pounds you want?". Frustrating.

First of all, I wanted to give this place a try because of their availability. I wanted to check some reviews and even though I saw those really bad reviews I said let’s give this a try maybe they could do my order better! It was the worst decision I’ve ever made! These guys really have to work in the amount of SAUCE they put on the wings! If you are promoting wings you should be leaving the taste of chicken to your guests not just pure sauce! It’s not fun at all! Also, on their website they promote the medium nachos with beef on top (it’s a total lie) it does not come with it. And they do not even think about calling their customer to let them know if something had changed with their order. A total bad experience! Not planning to order from this...
