Rock'N Rogers Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ontario

We were 2 families with 5 kids that tried this place last night! And we were disappointed ! To be fair alll the reviews about friendly staff is true. There were four women running the Restaurent last night! 3 in the kitchen and one in the front! The women in the kitchen had loud music on and mostly dancing while cooking.. anyhow, when we got there there were only one couple in front of us who ordered their food! So we ordered pizza, fish &chips, Cesar salad and burgers!

Their prices were fair . We end up giving me a good tip as well! But I have to write what I saw ;

1. way after they got our order , the other tables got full ; and let’s just say they were eating what they have ordered and we were still seating duck!!! Hungry with 5 kids going nuts that why our food is taking so long to come! 1.5 hrs later (after everyone in that restaurant) our food came!

2. while we were waiting , I noticed the girls who were making the food ; didn’t were any gloves, nor hair nets, nor aprons! One kept brooming the kitchen and then making the pizzas, without washing her hands! The other one in front of the fryers, kept making food and eat at the same time. The same topping that was going on peoples pizzas was constantly going to her mouth as well!!! From were I was seating , it looked like she was sweating as well! ( pretty gross)

3. they kept tackling each other while working in the kitchen , for some reason , sometimes the girls who worked in the kitchen would tackle the woman in the front ; like American football style!! And laugh loudly about it!!

4. and now food : Pizzas were salty ( we didn’t know it was because of adding too much salt or her sweats; sorry to be this gross but I’m juts writing what I saw) Fries: good yummy Burgers: awfully burned and it was from a cheap frozen pack! Gish&chips : too oily my son couldn’t eat any of his food except the fries Cesar salad : was ok

I recommend them to invest on aprons and hats when they have almost open kitchen! And if you really have to have pizza go to the...

We were in the area as my brother has a place nearby and needed a place to eat for dinner that was reasonably priced and had good food. Found this spot after a quick google search. We were not disappointed.

It's a small restaurant in a quiet plaza right on the main street in Wellington. The lady that greeted us (believe she was one of the owners as it's a family run business) was very friendly and courteous. She told us we just order at the front counter and they bring it out to you. We quickly scanned the menu and made our selections. I had the panzerotti as it sounded good and it was the Thursday special. My sons shared some chicken fingers, with fries and garlic bread. My panzerotti was served piping hot, quite large with generous portions of the ingredients I ordered. I asked for a marinara dipping sauce and one was quickly served at no extra charge. It went well with it. We all really enjoyed our meals. And the service was top notch.

They have many great food items besides pizza so don't be fooled by the name. They have panzerotties, chicken fingers, burgers, etc. I look forward to trying more items and possibly the pizza, if I'm ever in the area again.

I would highly recommend RockN Rogers if you are in this beautiful area of our province and want a good meal, at a reasonable cost in a laid back atmosphere with friendly,...

After spending the afternoon at Wellington Beach, we searched for a place to eat and ended up choosing this spot based on the reviews. What these reviews did not mention was the HORRIBLE customer service.

When we first came in, we patiently waited to be greeted by the lady at the front desk as she was talking on the phone. Instead of greeting us, she choose to greet and help the person behind us. The customer kindly mentioned that we were in front of him. We both thanked the customer, however a lady working in the back rudely stated "We're gonna help the customers who already paid...." We ignored this statement. When we finally approached the front counter to place our orders.....front desk lady stated they are going to shut down the grill (about 2 hours before closing), so we couldn't order burgers...only pizza. Keep in mind that our order was only for 2 burgers while customers ahead of us ordered way more than that. That's only 2 PATTIES to add to the grill. When I was about to explain that it would only be two burgers.....the rude lady from the back chimed in stating "That's the way it is...." At that point we walked out.

Clearly the owners need to revamp their customer service training because this was one of the worst services I've experienced in a very long time. ...
