Rosa's Pizza - Windsor — Restaurant in Ontario

Love rosas and their food but the attitude the one lady gives over the phone isn't worth going here in my opinion. If this was a one time occurrance I may have let it go but it began with attitude to my bf, which I actually noticed, since she was on speakerphone. Another couple times when ordering delivery/pick up and now today...today is where I draw the line especially because of how unprofessional the whole situation was... I called for delivery and the lady answered the phone but didnt say anything for maybe 10 seconds...then finally answers with "hello" in a rude, impatient tone as if I had been ignoring her or something. If you are a business, that is not how you answer a phone...if I wasnt so hungry or felt like picking up instead of delivery I would have just said nevermind and got something else. Anyways I tell her my order and after everything I said I wanted she kept saying "ok" so I finally say that's it when done and again in a rude manner she asked me whats my address as if I knew the 5th "okay" she said actually meant "whats your address?" Your food is good but not good enough to be talked to like that, so its safe to say I am not supporting a business with people who don't know how to treat their customers...keep it up and no one will want to, doesn't matter how good the food is, your customers are what keeps you guys in business, so maybe show some appreciation? Delivery driver was super nice but that's the only positive thing I can say about...

Places an order for family pasta at 12:51pm 2nd quoted delivery would take 45-1 hour. Called after an hour 10 to check status on delivery and was told order would be arriving any minute. Called back at an hour 25 to cancel my order, decided not to cancel after $7 was taken off my total. Order finally arrived at 235pm. When I went to accept it 2nd pay the driver told me fill price. I informed him of the discount hand without a word he turned around hand left. When I called the restaurant back the woman answering the phone told me "if it takes a half an hour it takes a half an hour" "whatever" and next time I order it will be "less good" because it won't be from them.

Horrible service on all fronts. If I could give zero stars I would. The next time I order in, the food will be amazing because it will be on time from someone who actually cares about their customers. I will never recommend Ross's to anyone again, and if asked about their service I will actively discourage...

I ordered a king size pizza with 3 toppings on one half and three toppings on other half. Some how the unintelegent lady thinks that makes 6 toppings. I tried to explain to her that would only be 3 toppings since any given slice you grab, it will only have 3 toppings on it. I didn't get 6 toppings on the whole pizza but NO not to this brainiac who was one of the employees and not the older ladies that run the place. My issue was not the extra charge but the incompetence of this person. This is the first time I've posted a review but I felt the need to born out of frustration since this isn't the first time I've had to explain this to another rosa's pizza employee 4 months ago.
