Oven 360 Walker — Restaurant in Ontario

Talk about inefficient. I went to the Walker road location for a pickup. I waited in line for about 5 minutes without anybody asking to help me. I figured out it was the ordering line, and proceeded to the cash. The woman working the cash there saw me leave the line. After she was finished cashing out the customer in front of me, she looked at me straight in the eye and went to help the woman who was making the dough without saying a word. I'm not lying that I waited an additional 10 minutes for someone to come to the cash or ask me what I wanted. There was a gentleman beside me who just wanted a box for his take-out, and he was ignored. He had to go to the ordering line just to be told to come back to the cash to get his box. After he got his box, I asked the employee, as she was walking away, still not acknowledging me, if my pick up was ready. It was, and it was cold. I had to reheat it when I got home. Never going back, and I love Caboto pizza. Management need to designate roles for their employees at...

I’m extremely disappointed with the staff at the Walker Rd location and do not recommend ordering from here.

I placed an order for pizza at 5:15 PM and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 6 PM, only to find that my pizza wasn’t ready or even made. The staff made four other pizzas while scrambling to find my order—and couldn’t. As I found my order that they kept moving back on the list, while they were making pizza. I was still charged full price, and when I finally received my family-sized pizza, it was shoved into a box that was too small and completely flipped over and not cooked through.

I am SO glad I tried Oven 360!!! Im honestly addicted. Thin crispy crust, amazing topping selection, fresh salads, and the paninis are great too! Everything is always super fresh. The last 3 times I have ordered from here I find myself eating almost the entire pizza in one sitting, its THAT irresistible. My most recent order I sized up to a "Party Pizza"- I wasnt really sure what to expect but it's definitely a good size for 25 dollars especially compared to what youd get at fast food pizza places for the same price (although the the long rectangle shape caught me off guard lol).
