Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

Huge shout out to Tyler, Bre and Asmita at Starbucks. First off- thank you for having a source of caffeine in this factory, especially when you are entertaining children all day. I was relieved and comforted to know it was available. The coffee was fresh, the staff was extremely engaged, prepared, happy, helpful and welcoming, not only to me but engaged with my child, which is important to children.

I felt truly appreciated being a patron there. Thank you to Tyler, Bre and Asmita for being so kind and genuine. You truly impacted my day with your kindness and willingness...

I had a great experience with an employee. Mobile ordered a nitro brew, got there and the employee was kind and welcoming when I got there. He mentioned that unfortunately his nitro machine is working, but QUICKLY offered me an alternative. What I loved is that he already had everything ready to provide the alternative. Rather than making me wait for him to make a whole new drink, he had cold brew, he had already brewed espresso, and had cold foam.

I appreciate his initiative...

I asked for matcha creme frappachino with strawberries or strawberry syrup(which i have got before from the same place) and they simple said we dont have strawberry syrup at this location so they decide to give me iced matcha with strawberry foam without bothering to ask if i would like that. Also got bagel with cream cheese! Bagel wasn't toasted properly! The lady did not know the options for matcha drinks! Horrible service! Paid about 15 bucks for bad service and worse food...
