My life was threatened by a homeless man, I spoke to the person at the window prior, stating that there was a homeless man sitting at the end of the drive thru. He followed me to my car as I had to wait for decaf to be brewed as it's the only way to make a decaffeinated iced coffee. He proceeded to ask me for money and I told him no. He asked then if he could punch me in the face. I got out my phone to record what was going on, I was shaking so much I did not hit record. I have his photo. I went into the store afraid for my life after he showed me the knife he had in his pocket and said how bout I kill you instead. This is not acceptable behavior in any way shape or form He should have been arrested. I will not settle for less. I paid in full for my order and still go home with some death threats? Really. They acted in the store like it was casual, it's not when it's your life threatened by a knife he showed me from his left pocket. Not on bit. I have his photo at least to reference. But I unfortunately did not get it all on camera as he was scaring the life out of me. I'm a woman who has to walk with a cane. I had go press the handicap button several times as it wouldn't open That guy at this point was less than 5 ft away from me threatening me more if I "called the cops" I told the store and they brought a young woman our who was not rattled by the situation. Just kinda laughed it off as he's there all the time. He threatened my life not just one, by punching me in the face, then he pulled out the handle of a switch blade and told me he'd kill me with it. And then when I ran from my car, with a cane, he threatened to kill me if I "called the cops" I live near this location, I can't go there anymore. It is unsafe. He had so much done to his face...microneedling and lip injections. I can't afford to get that stuff done myself, yet he's covered in it begging me for money then threatening my life not once, but three times Please handle this as I'm calling the police...

As a business owner here in London Inwas disgusted at the supposed managers attitude. This is the second time I visited this location with in 3 weeks both Sat morning apx 9am. The manage is extremely rude and can not take the orders properly. After repeating the order 3 times she still had it wrong so I repeated again. Her attitude belongs in the trash that is accumulated around their disgusting dirt drive thru. I got to the window and asked to speak to the woman who was just on the speaker with me n she refused to chat. I called there could not get a word out she just talked over me. The first time I called back I asked bout the woman with the blue hair and about her horrible attitude and rude practise and she said she is the manager. She needs to be fired ! Then she told me she is rude because she is no longer working there after the next two weeks. Read the reviews ppl 90% of the one star reviews are about her and how rude she is. Clearing corporate only cares about the profit and not the look this woman is giving their store. Fire her before she quits! As a business owner she would have been fired after the first ignorance customer service experience not the 100th never again. This girl Get. A...

I frequent this location daily. It's always been a mess, but it seems to be getting worse. Over 5 minute wait for a sandwich with no other food orders ahead of me, and of course, it was made wrong. Meanwhile, some guy is lecturing a new employee about how putting the buns in the toaster wrong is a fire hazard.

In the last few weeks, I've seen 3 different people who are obviously being sent in from corporate likely in an attempt to clean the place up... they can barely put an order in the computer themselves and stand around getting in the way more than helping these new employees who barely speak english. I watched the corporate guy today standing there doing nothing as a homeless man was muttering to himself, pulling garbage out of the can onto the floor and stacking dirty cups. I had to decide which door to go through to get out, the one with 2 men huddled in front of it smoking crack or the one with garbage being thrown everywhere...
