Clean, modern, well designed interior. Booth & table seating options. Friendly, helpful, patient customer service. Food brought to the table by a server. Price was a comfortable & reasonable $28 for 2 adult combo meals including a deluxe chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries & fountain drinks. Service was fast to order & to receive food. The chicken was tender, moist and spiced just right, the fries were very good. Various drink options including sweet & unsweetened tea, the usual soda pop options like coke, but included options a little more rare, like cherry coke. Also a few specialty drinks are offered. The tables, floors and counters were clean. The food prep area also looked clean and was well organized, helping speed up food prep. 3 unisex bathrooms, each up to new building code which means they are very large, big enough to accommodate a stretcher & have it be able to turn around. The bathrooms were clean, the automatic faucets worked well, good water temperature, soap & paper towels (from an automatic dispenser) were well stocked, the toilets flushed automatically & had sanitary paper seat covers available. Came in for lunch while passing through town coming home from a camping trip. We'd seen the location and wanted to give the chicken a try for ourselves. There were several people in line ahead of us when we arrived, and the line grew behind us quickly, but people were being served quickly, so the line moved fast. Service was friendly and helpful. We chose to eat in, and we were handed a green table marker to take with us when we sat down. Our order was brought to our table, so we didn't have to stand waiting. The chicken was really good (we both ordered their original chicken sandwiches), although the sandwiches come plain, so you have to order any sauces you want on them. Their waffle fries are great, nice and crispy and go perfect with their Chick-fil-A Sauce. Their sweet tea was noceband refreshing, cold and sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Quick question to the owner why do you reply to five star. Why not others? Thx

We want to know why you are not running and servicing the customers in a non Chick fil A arrangement . First you are wasting paper and cardboard when eating in. You dont serve with trays it all comes in bags, why? Wasting paper. We went this week and all other stores give you a maker to tell the service person your order and what table you are at. This did not happen, we sat and sat and no food. Finally I got up and went to the counter for pick up and there is our bag sitting there and no one bringing it. Finally I ask where is our order is gave my name an they looked and handed me the bag that I saw. Look we know you are new and working through things but this is not standards we are used to. Look at what they did in Barrie and use the same in Orillia. Maybe have outside people helping longer untill you tweak your...
