Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Out of the Subways I have visited so far in Windsor, this is one of the best. The staff here are very welcoming and I had a really good experience.

I took a Sweet Onion Teriyaki bowl here and made the mistake of taking habanero cheese (I usually take this for subs). I later realized that they can’t melt it again, so I asked them if they can keep some shredded cheese and they have given me without extra charge. The person infront of me was taking some cookies and I could see that the staff were giving recommendations which shows their dedication towards the customers.

I’ll start by saying that the reason I continue to use this subway is because it is convenient. However, it has the worst costumer service imaginable. I only ever order online from here now because of the way I am treated when I don’t. The workers act like it is an inconvenience that you’re ordering a sandwich from them. I can understand having a bad day once in a while but it is every single time. I would like to note that I am someone who does not like confrontation and I am always kind to workers because I used to work in fast food, but even in the small exchange that I have now to pick up my order they still have such a nasty attitude. When our app was hacked and orders placed to this location, we called immediately to cancel as it was not us. We were still charged for the food and never reimbursed after MANY conversations. 2/3 orders were not made (even though it was not us ordering) yet they still kept the money after saying they "cancelled" the orders. We were told to go to online to tech support which told us to speak with owner. No one would help us speak with the owner, and GM was zero help. Criminal to not reimburse. Plenty of time was given to cancel before hacker was coming to get the order. Avoid this...
