Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

This review disregards anything Subway related, instead it focuses on the world class service provided by "Arthpatel" who's a regular employee at this location.

His service made the difference last time I visited, which has me going out of my way now to make sure I visit again and again. His royal qualities include his kindness, politeness, humanity, patience and knowledge and these qualities among others make each visit worthwhile and enjoyable.

His unmatched customer service has guaranteed a repeat customer.

Very disappointed. Odered a chicken wrap, that is advertised to have shredded chicken. Which is good because I do not like the other chicken. (Ordered on skip) So I get my order and its the chicken stips that are on it. So now I have to take the chicken off and only have veggies on my almost 10$ wrap.. also ordered a cold cut sub for my boyfriend he ate half of it then pulled a hair out of the bread... So obviously he didnt eat the rest of it. Also ordered a salad. Which was fine. Not very happy. A...

I mean, it's Subway. It's standard. I don't like how they took away green olives (I realize that's a me issue), portions seem to get lower, pricing seems high(er). Always need to ask for "more" of everything. I do enjoy the convenience of online pickups. The food is always prepped at the requested time and it is neatly put together. I'd rate this a full 5 star if they would sell me a bottle of the House...
