Manager tried taking my order while talking on the phone thru his ear buds. Was clearly not paying any attention as he asked me, (not exaggerating), what type of cheese I wanted four separate times. Asked if I wanted it toasted on multiple occasions, I did not, and proceeded to throw it in the toaster anyway. He lucked out as my friend ordering behind me wanted his toasted so we switched. I thought I was being secretly filmed/pranked with the amount of times I had to re-tell him my order that he'd already taken. Apparently his phone conversation was more important than my tasty Italian BMT. Fairly rude and slightly infuriating....
Read moreLovely customer service, said no one ever. They apparently got a big order for subs in-the guy told me it would take about ten minutes to take my order as he had to fill his “huge” order. Meanwhile there was a girl in the back of the store…could she not have taken one order for a 6 inch sub!? Apparently this was too difficult for them to accomplish?!

Read moreWe ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and usually the chicken covers the whole thing and we told the guy that it’s not even covering the whole thing. And that when we usually get it from here, it covers the whole sub. He just put extra chicken and without telling us tried to charge extra for it. I don’t know who was that guy but no sense of talking nor listening properly what we want and finally talking in anger and saying take the food for free.
