Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Subway has consistently delivered the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The staff are shockingly rude, acting like you’re inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. Almost every time I’ve been there, the bread is stale—like it’s been sitting out for days—and the vegetables? They’re freezer burnt, limp, and have an odd, almost chemical taste to them. It’s honestly disgusting.

To make matters worse, the washrooms have been “out of order” for over a year now. Every time I ask, I get a different excuse, but let’s be real—it’s probably because they’re so filthy and neglected that they’re too embarrassed to let anyone in. If that’s how they treat a basic facility, it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like behind the counter.

Multiple friends of mine have gotten food poisoning from this location, and after seeing the way things are handled, I’m not surprised. It’s beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Do yourself a favor and eat literally...

The manager there is so rude, she always has attitude, every time you ask her anything she will look at you with lots of disdain and answer like if you’re annoying her. Also they might not even have the bread you want and at least 3 times I’ve been there it’s super stale, it’s like chewing a shoe sole. Sometimes I went with my friends and as soon as I sat down the manager told us I. A very rude way: “Are you guys gonna order anything” which I thought it was mean in the way she said it. To add to all of this they will make up 10 different excuses on why the washroom is not available like no keys, it’s broken, some homeless dude left a bunch of needles or even just straight up tell me I can’t use it, knowing damm well I just somebody else use it. I dont understand how such a disgraceful person can be the manager. If you can avoid going on this place I would, there is multiple subways down the streets that they won’t treat you like complete trash. If I could I would...

A very busy and robust establishment. I was here on May 24 2021at approximately 5:30 p.m. I had waited 10 minutes before being served by an extremely busy but highly effective sole employee. The sandwich was awesome!

I am somewhat concerned that employees are often working alone. Not just for in store customer service and preparing orders received online. More importantly, I am concerned for the safety of the employees working alone. This establishment is located in the area of the city where crime rates are high, with many vagrants and panhandlers who are loitering outside the store making it feel unsafe.

Management/Owners are now on notice of these safety issues and ought remedy the situation asap...these concerns are now documented...
