My spouse and I showed up 12 minutes before closing time and the lady working at this location proceeded to lock the doors 10 minutes early while watching us pull up in-front. She also continued to make a sandwich after locking the doors and leaving the store lights on. We’ve never had an experience like this before at this location, we ended up going to the one down the road and the lady there was very welcoming, friendly, kind and understanding. We were standing in line and watched the young guy handle money, coupons and cards at the cash and then turn around and made subs without changing his gloves. When we got to the counter, the woman started our sub but he came over to us to finish it. My husband asked him to put new gloves on and he told him we stood and watched him handle money without changing gloves. Gloves are worn to protect people from germs. He argued with my husband so we ended up asking the woman to finish ours. He was rude and we will not return there because of him.
