Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Ontario

Purchased four 3 item meals on Friday August 21st 2020 and the food was bland rice was so under cooked and crunchy. The mushroom Vegetable mix was gross barley found any mushrooms was all the stalks of the mushrooms. When I called to make a complaint the lady was ignorant and fought with me for a good 10 minutes I live an hour out of town and use to love going to eat here not anymore. Was told to come pick up coupons for 3 free 3 item meals so I drove an hour to pick the coupons up and when the coupons where finally found it was 3 coupons for 1 item which was not okay with me not only was the drive in to get them disappointing because the food use to be amazing the not getting the coupons I was told I would get was disappointing. Asking to speak with a manager was a no go as they where not in and the owner was away and lived in Toronto I was told. To spend $73.00 dollars on food is redicilous to get bad service and bad food. I actually like the food here, I do agree with other reviews that it’s cold and the meat options are on the sweet side but the reason I’m giving it a one star review and will not be returning is because of the service and pricing. I asked for some more noodles as I felt the portion was small for the price and the server asked if I wanted to add an item ($3 charge) to get some extra noodles. I felt it wouldn’t have been a big deal to add a little extra noodles without an extra cost. The cost for the restaurant for that kind of ask is low but the courtesy for the patron is very high and would lead to returning customers. I rarely leave reviews although this is my second and last time giving this place my business. The woman serving PAYING customers could not be more unpleasant to deal with. Not to mention I got a meal for my 11 year old daughter that cost 19.00 which consisted of 5 small pieces of chicken and some dry rice. I inquired as to why there was barely any meat and was told that I could pay a surcharge and get more. The cavalier and prima Donna attitude of this woman and her monotone fashion of responding to customers is appalling. How they are still in business and seemingly thriving is beyond me!
