Long time customer here . Poutines are great and today I ordered one and the guy said want a drink I said yes please a coke I did debit. When my order came I said my coke he looked and me and said did I charge you for one. I had to tally it in my head because I gave him a tip. And no he did not charge me I said to him you asked me if I wanted something to drink I said yes and you did not add it! I said fine! I was craving chip truck poutine, so we went to the dog house. The food could have had a little more gravy on it, but was good. We wanted 2 orders of chicken fingers with fries made into poutine and he only had enough for one order of chicken fingers. The fries were a little over cooked and the guy working seemed absolutely miserable and like he hated life. I watched a few people walk away because he didn't even acknowledge their presence. I love this place for the fries and sausage but the shorter small guy that works there is always so rude and short with everyone. And never gets the orders right. He asks 2 or 3 times what you are waiting for and i always get fried onions on mine and the last 6 times he was working he doesn't have any fried onions.
