Horrible experience!!! The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because there is no option to give zero stars! We went to this location (Wellington Road South in London ON) on February 16, 2019. My wife and I both ordered a premium salad, hers was the chicken caesar salad, mine was a different one, it had mandarin oranges in it, I just can't remember what it was called. The server delivered our food and quickly walked away. My wife looked down at her salad and noticed a large dark hair on her plate coming out from under the food and almost hanging off the edge. We called the server over and pointed out the issue to her, she laughed (yes laughed) and said "oh it's probably mine, it usually is". Seriously! What?!? Does this happen regularly?? We then asked for a manager who came over and was equally useless. By this point both of our stomachs had turned, neither of us wanted to eat anything from this restaurant. The manager offered to "comp" her meal. Really?? You mean the one with the hair in it, that she didn't even touch? Well that's sweet! He asked if she wanted something else, but she did not. I told him that I feel he should comp both our meals for this terrible experience, or at least half of mine. I would have sent mine back, but I am diabetic and had no choice but to eat at least some of mine. I picked at approximately 1/3 of my premium $15 salad so as to keep my blood sugars level, scrutinizing each and every bite, and left the other 2/3 there. I then did the survey on the bill and was contacted by some sort of manager, probably the manager at that location who offered me coupons for 3 quarter chicken dinners. When I explained to him that we did not order quarter chicken dinners, but rather premium salad, he advised that the quarter chicken dinners were all he was authorized to send. Read moreThe worst location for delivery. Everytime I order something is forgotten. I make complaints and they offer credits which is appreciated, however, the next time I decide to try it again, something is forgotten. Today I decided to call the store directly. I spoke to a very nice girl who offered to help me even though I was frustrated, she asked if she could put me on hold while she got it sorted and I said no problem. After about 4 min, another girl picked up and asked if she could help me, I explained that someone was already helping me and she said no problem and put me back on hold. Right after a man picked up and said "Hello?" So I responded ded hello, and asked if he had figured out how they were helping me. He responded by saying that I was previously speaking to his hostess who was busy so how could he help me? I then asked him if he had already spoken to the girl who said she was helping me or if j needed yo repeat my self? He rudely asked "How can I help you?" So I responded by saying he hadn't answered my question about if he had spoke to the other girl or if I needed to repeat everything. He then said "I have asked you three times now how I could help you". I responded by saying he wasn't even listening to what i was saying so how could he help me? He was rude the entire time and felt the need to need to argue with me when it wasn't needed. Needless to say this refused I was super mad at this point. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. He knows NOTHING about customer service. He assumed I was just some irate idiot being rude which wasn't the case. Read moreThis has to be one of the worst locations I have been to. We were not greeted nor seated right away. The waitress had to yell across the whole dining area for the hostess. We arrived at 8.40 so it was not busy. There was 4 other occupied tables. We asked for a window seat and were told we would have to wait as all tables needed to be cleared and cleaned. So we settled for a booth. We got our drinks and had to ask for straws. The server litterally held my glass under the tap I watched her do it. We were given menus after about 15 min she came to take our order. I mentioned to my daughter a few minutes before if she doesnt come in the next 5 min I am outer there just paying for drinks.We ordered an app first. The app took a while but was good. We waited forever for our dinners. They came at 9.50 pm. More than 45 min. I ordered a half chicken dinner. When it came it was two legs. After trying to locate our server I asked shouldnt the half chicken dinner usually come with one leg and a breast. She said I didnt see that and took my whole plate to the back. The sauce was barely warm. Service was terrible. Never offered more drinks or water. Never came to see if everything was ok. Next thing I feel a bang bang on the other side of our booth. A cleaning lady was doing the floors, sweeping irratically with a huge dust mop lifting it up and shaking it when we were eating. Pulling out chairs i front of us. I know we were some what late but not sure what the delay was with our food that our whole visit there was almost 1.5 hrs. I ended up asking for a take out container.
