Horrible Experience – Never Going Back Food Quality: Most of the food was clearly not fresh. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting there from the previous day. There was no sign of care or effort in preparing the food, which was a major letdown.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place, and I feel like I wasted my money completely.

Customer Service: The service was bad. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, with no effort to assist or make the experience better.

Availability: Almost all the trays were either empty or had just scraps of food left. For a place that charges money for a meal, this is unacceptable. Why even have the trays out if there’s barely anything in them?

Value for Money: The prices do not reflect the quality or experience at all. I felt like I paid a premium price for garbage food. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend your hard-earned money only to feel like it was thrown in the trash.

Walked in for eat-in dinner for a casual meal. The inside was neat and clean.

Ordered a mucho size (large) burrito and a burrito bowl. The mucho burrito was with vegan ground and vegan cheese. Almost all the toppings were added to the burrito with brown rice and ancient grain medley with both the beans. The Cheeze looked very sad (stale?) and was topped very sparingly. The plant based crumble was cooked fresh and tasted amazing. The toppings when layered on the tortilla and wrapped, the toppings are not mixed well. This results in one bite we can taste just the medley rice, or the beans or the veggies or just the crumbles. For the taste to be perfect I believe we need to mix the toppings well.

The bowl tasted similar as well - very little Cheeze. But as we mixed all the toppings it tasted great. The ancient grain medley also had a grain which tasted totally uncooked. A crunch we felt as if we were biting a pebble stone!

One last the burrito and bowl had no sauces! We asked for which were vegan and the server mentioned that the Honey Lime Vinaigrette was finished and they didn’t have it anymore. Even if it was available if it was with honey, it is no longer vegan. So no vegan sauces. This made our experience...

Worst Mexican place I have ever visited. Perhaps they claim to be selling best burritos amongst all Mexican food chains. I went to buy burrito bowl and the employee serving me was very rude and hardly knew how to respect customers. Remember Mucho Burrito you and your employees are getting bread and butter in your plate because of customers like us visiting you and spending their hard earned money. I am not expecting you to give me extra cheese for free but it is really unfair when you charge extra when customer is asking to put more corn. The bowl I purchased and paid extra was not even filled half way through. I am really disappointed how you guys are treating customers. Is this something because you guys were trying to sell the business and never got the deal? If I were in this business I would calculate cost of extra corn I give for free and cost of bad perception amongst public by reading this review. Very bad experience and never coming back.
