(2024/10/22) Comments for some items: Sandwiches and Burgers: Never huge, but the favours are good in general. Usually not very cheap to go with, consider deals and promotions. Loaded Wraps: Look small at first, but heavily loaded. Serving with a drink is definitely enough for a meal. Flatbread Pizzas: Reasonable amound of toppings and medium sizes, not bad. But very dry, might need a drink. Cold Drinks: No options for 'less ice' or 'no ice' when placing orders on app. The amount of ice could be ridiculous sometimes. Hashbrowns: Crispy and flavourful, but sometimes lukewarm. Four Cheese Bagel: Very dry and not very different from an ordinary bagel. Spending your 400 points more wisely, this item is deceptive. Dream Donut with Nutella: Basically an ordinary donut, nothing special, but with Nutella. Unless you are willing to pay 0.90 extra for Nutella, pick another one.
(2024/10/12) It seems that they have resolved the mobile app issue, which is a good response from the team. If the pre-ordering system works normally without any annoying problems, this branch immediately becomes a good option.
(2024/09/22) Tried the mobile app pre-ordering system with the branches nearby, the issues disappeared all of a sudden. So it is just this branch then, unavailable items again and again. For my own sake, I will avoid this branch for now.
(2024/09/21) First Tim Hortons visit in Canada, the experience was mixed. The foods were above par, better than what I had at Tims in the UK. The internal environment was good as well, many seats and relatively quiet. However, the ordering experience was terrible.
When pre-ordering on their mobile app with this branch, a lot of items seemed to be unavailable. But after reaching the restaurant, the staff told me those unavailable items were actually available and I had to order them in the restaurant. In conclusion, the mobile app pre-ordering system is incompleted here, really inconvenient.
After ordering in the restaurant using Scan & Pay, I found that my offers were not applied to my order! Maybe I did need to scan the offers before using Scan & Pay? No idea, just confused and unhappy.
As a customer who prefers pre-ordering on mobile apps, I would say this branch is not an ideal option to place orders until they improve their app. Some of their rivals have done much...
Read moreI often visit this Tim Hortons as it’s just 5 minutes from my home. The coffee and atmosphere are always great, and I truly enjoy sitting here with my coffee. However, I had a disappointing experience on August 14th that I believe needs your attention.
That day, my wife and I placed our usual order. I asked for a cold brew coffee, some food items including a lime chicken bowl, and a steak sandwich. While I admit I could have been clearer when ordering “steak artisan sandwich,” I said steak sandwich. Unfortunately, my order was processed as a steak cravables instead.
When my food was handed to me by a staff member, I politely mentioned that I had ordered a steak sandwich, not the cravables. The gentleman who helped me responded very kindly, acknowledged it, and went to correct the order. I even offered to pay for the replacement, but he reassured me it was fine, his approach was professional and respectful.
However, another staff member named Anna then approached me. She was not wearing a name tag at the time and confronted me quite abruptly, insisting I had ordered the cravables. (I saw her today, aug 26 and noticed her name) I am certain I did not. What upset me most was her attitude, she walked away with an unfriendly expression and even told her colleague loudly that I was lying. This kind of behavior felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially over something as simple as a sandwich.
I strongly believe Anna could benefit from customer service training to handle situations more politely and professionally. Everyone makes mistakes, including customers when ordering, but a respectful and understanding approach makes all the difference.
I hope you take this feedback seriously. I love coming to this Tim Hortons and would like to continue doing so, but interactions like this are discouraging.

Extremely rude staff, went through drive-thru. Specifically asked for 1/4 cup of coffee and the remaining to be the espresso foam, on a Tiramisu Cold Foam medium size. So they said they will have to charge me. I said fine, they gave me the total. When I went to the window, the lady approached the window and said they charge .80 cents per inch of foam, to make it 3/4 cup of foam they have to charge me and I said that’s fine even though I have already paid. At this point I have paid $7.90 for a medium cold brew with foam. They give me the drink, and it’s half cold brew and half foam. So I told her this is not what I asked for, she says “have a good day” and slammed the window shut. I went inside and told her that this is not what I asked for, and told her that in order to get my drink the way I want I have to pay extra which I did. And she says, that’s not how we make the drink. I told her I understand, but that is why I am paying double the cost of the drink to get it customized to my liking. She said”that’s not how we do it here at Tim Horton’s. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I highly recommend going to other locations, I have never felt so demeaned and dismissed. I really hope you guys hire better staff, and or train them to know how to speak to customers correctly and in respectful manner. I will be making a complaint to the head office. The manager Matt just hid behind his worker, and no words to try and fix the issue. Just stood there mutely, didn’t even know he is the manager until I asked who...
