I've been here before many times but hadn't been in a while. Planned on getting the milkshake to help beat the heat but saw that the menu had expanded drastically since my last visit. The woman at the cashier was incredibly polite and helped me decide between items. I ended up going with the tres leches (milk cake) and I can honestly say it's THE BEST I've ever had. If you like tree leches, you need to try it!!
We also got to talking about the viral Dubai chocolate bar, which I've tried from other places and found okay, but nothing special. The woman described the type of chocolate and process they go through to make theirs (I believe nearly all of their items are made in house), so l decided to give it another shot, and it blew all others I've tried out of the water! I went with dark chocolate but will have to go back and also try the milk chocolate.
Can’t wait to try the rest...
Read moreI ordered from Soonies through Skip the Dishes, and although I was reluctant, I'm beyond happy that I went through with the order!
As someone who has cut down on (refined) sugars, I wanted something that was light but still sweet enough to fill my cravings. The waffle, icecream, and cheesecake were all pleasantly light (I don't feel heavy from all the fat in the cheesecake or the sugar in the waffle and icecream). The cookie butter mixed in with the Belgian biscuit added the perfect combination of flavors, and it felt so gourmet!!!
The best part is... everything looked so simple... but then my mouth exploded with so many amazing flavors and textures!
I didn't take photos until the very last minute... it was painful waiting to take a photo before completing the desserts haha!
Last note... I'm very pleased with the packaging for delivery!
Thank...
