I’ve been getting coffee from your location regularly, especially in the morning and afternoon hours. During those times, the service is excellent — the coffee tastes fresh, smells great, and the staff are professional and attentive. Everything feels clean, consistent, and well-managed. I sincerely appreciate the morning and afternoon teams for their great work.
However, the evening shift is a completely different story — and not in a good way. The coffee during that time is consistently awful. It tastes bad, smells unpleasant, and every time I drink it, I end up with a migraine and nausea. This isn’t just a coincidence; I’ve tested it over and over again, and the result is always the same.
Let me be very clear: I am not racist, and I do not judge anyone by the color of their skin. But when my health is being affected and I’m not receiving the service I paid for, I don’t care who is on shift — I care about the results. And I’ve noticed that these issues almost always occur when the evening shift is staffed by darker-skinned employees. That’s just an observation based on repeated, consistent experience — nothing more.
On top of that, there’s a serious hygiene problem that I witnessed with my own eyes. One of the employees was mopping the floor, then handling cash, and then preparing coffee — all while wearing the same gloves. That’s completely unacceptable and unsafe. This isn’t something I heard from someone else — I saw it myself. It shows a complete lack of basic hygiene practices and customer care.
The difference between the shifts is shocking. How can the same business offer such drastically different experiences depending on the time of day? If this continues, more people are going to notice — and not in a good way.
I won’t be buying coffee in the evening anymore, but I suggest you take this seriously if you care about your business’s reputation and your...
Read moreBy far worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to... Drive Thru and inside service.
There is a reason it has the lowest rating of all Timmies inside Windsor.
Last 6 times alone that I recall have been terrible. Drive Thru has 6 cars, 1 being waited on, two tils operating and I can’t make it out with a coffee before the drive thru has been helped.
And this would generally say something great about their drive thru, but for all of you who have been to this Tim Hortons, you will know the Tim Hortons is by far the worst too.
Today I go in 855 and purchase a Decaf double double... 30 seconds later, same crew from previous experience comes back to show me the coffee, that it is expired... and let’s me know it will be a 4 minute wait. “Do you have 4 minutes?” Of course we are Canadian, that’s fine... disbelief because today there are 8 cars in Drive thru and I lucked out with her just finishing up with the lone customer in front of me.
This time bringing and presenting me the coffee... the burnt coffee could have been spent actually beginning the new brew of coffee, which should be put on anyhow, the off chance I don’t want the coffee... that it’s ready for the next person..
905 I’m presented with the coffee.. “I’m really sorry about that.” , I’m sorry too... that my wife likes their decaf coffee. And this inconvenience of a location because of its service is still the most convenient location for time and space.
I cringe every time I come here.
I downloaded google ap just to write this review. And now I will post and delete google ap.
Fix your store please. Maybe better training...
Read moreI would personally like to commend two people. First a young man named Kyle. My girlfriend and I frequent this Tim Hortons probably 3 times a day for coffee or cookies for our 5 year old son. Kyle is always so polite at the Window. He has a smile that is infectious and I can tell he truly cares about our well being. He seems to care if the coffee is made well too as I have seen him do the "Half Crème" which I realize is picky of me to ask and he really seems to try his best to make sure it is actually half which I appreciate. He always greets my 5 year old son in the back seat as well which really makes the kids day. He looks forward to going to this Tim's because of these two staff members smile. The second person is Christine. She is just bubbly with energy and treats us like we are family members reuniting again which we love! I can tell she is this way to all the vehicles and must make at least 100 people drive away with a smile everyday. She double checks the bags every time and gives a huge hello to our son in the back seat. To a child the attention these two show him, it means the world to him... These two keep us driving right past Starbucks too this...
