Sawa Shawarma & Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

I was originally looking for a different shawarma spot, but I came across Sawa Shawarma and Grill, and you know what they say, everything happens for a reason! The owner himself helped us out, and he was incredibly kind, taking the time to explain the menu to us. It’s a family-owned and operated business, which adds a personal touch you can really feel.

We ordered a mixed shawarma and a plate. Let me just say, this was the biggest shawarma I’ve had in this city! Not only was it huge, but it was also absolutely delicious. This has officially become my family’s new go-to shawarma spot.

The plate came with very generous portions and was just as tasty. If you’re a shawarma fan, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Great food, great value—it’s definitely...

Not sure the hype on this place..if I've never eaten Lebanese cuisine before and I came here...I'd be VERY disappointed and would never try it again. The chicken was overcooked, the spicy potatoes were heated in a microwave while I was waiting for my order, garlic sauce tasted as if it was made of mayo, fattoush salad dressing tasted like balsamic. I was overcharged for the meals purchased. Tried for first time because of reviews..all reviews were written around the same time, not sure if real as most profiles have only reviewed ome restaurant..surprise..people nowadays don't have a lot of money, so when you want take out you hope the reviews are genuine and money spent would be worth it. i order from them on uber eats, holy crap there shwarma plate/bowl is so good. I get the chicken one and it is amazing, i could and have ate them for a week straight before, they are absolutely delicious the sauce the bread everything is great. I asked for no veggie and just pickles and got a crap ton of pickles, this restaurant is impressive. Quick and amazing! Love the food and love that they give me a Pepsi every time I order
