I've been ordering food / picking up my daily coffee (for my wife and I) for a full 2 years now, possibly longer, from this location... sometimes multiple times daily if I'm working late. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich yesterday and when I arrived at home I noticed it was steak and not bacon, I wasn't able to go back in yesterday as I had a busy afternoon ahead of me. Fast forward to today and I went for a late coffee and had told them what happened, and if they could simply just credit me for the iced cap I had purchased since they got my previous order wrong. The manager explained she can remake the sand which but won't credit me the iced cap.. I'm kind of shocked at their denial at such a simple request, I wasn't even making a huge fuss about it, it was their mistake not mine. Simply put DONT expect any sort of customer service from them that's above and behind, more importantly don't have someone manage the store that can't fix such a simple issue. I guess I'll just drive 3 minutes down the road to a different Tim Hortons from here on out (unless whoever reads this rectifies the situation).
Funny thing is the manager seemed to find it funny when I said I'd just go somewhere else from now on, I mean how many customers does your store have to lose before it stops being funny? I know it's tims and you'll always get business, but whatever happened to customer service? I'm sure the owner doesn't find losing a single customer funny as lost customers are lost sales. Once I got on the main street I realized they forgot to give me my blueberry muffin and my Honey Lemon tea bag. So I turned around and walked in the store informing them they missed 2 of my orders, than the girl who initially took my order comes out and says YOU NEVER ORDERED A BLUEBERRY MUFFIN. I told her that I did and she was like "well we did not hear you, anyway that's another $1.46 you have to pay". I was annoyed but was like okay, what about my lemon tea, how did you forget that?? And she pauses and rudely says HERE YOU GO. I was so irritated and was like " how did you not get my blueberry muffin order? She rudely said " She must of not heard you". So I get my stuff and leave, and once I sit down at work I realize she got my drink order wrong! I asked for French vanilla and it was coffee. I DO NOT drink coffee. Like really, 3 orders wrong?!? I am not impressed at all. Also I forgot to mention, once we were in drive thru-my father asked for a stirring stick for his coffee and she didnt acknowledge that and he said it again and she was like I HEARD YOU SIR. The bathroom was very dirty toilet paper strewn on the floor, There was no toilet paper for use for women in the unisex bathroom, which is disgusting On its own And the toilet Seat had pee all over it, which I believe was from a man, because they were the only ones in there at the time. I reported the bathroom as I ordered a coffee and said. You need toilet paper in there and there is p on the seat. A half an hour later, my friend went to the bathroom, still no toilet paper still pee all over the seat Thankfully, he is a man, so he did not need to have the toilet paper or sit properly I had to go very badly or I wouldn't have used it and being a woman.That is a very bad position to have to squat in. I, at this point I'd rather use a farmer's field and some kleenex. The fact that they did nothing to clean up the bathroom after me.Reporting it is really troublesome.
