The drive thru tim hortons by wendys is terrible at making anything. They can never get it right when I order more then 1 coffee they cant handle multi-tasking i guess. I tell them every time I'm allergic to sweetner and they always mix mine up either with 2 sugars and 2 sweetners is what I get then the other will have no sugar at all or they both have sweetner. Not to mention I'm paying around $7 for 2 Xl coffees with a shot of espressos in both and they still can't get it right. By the time it cools diwn to drink im already at home or the office and stuck again without a coffee. How hard is it to make 1XL DD=2xcreams & 2sugars someimes with a SHOT OF ESPESSO and the other Xl 2 Creams & 2 x sweetners sometimes with a shot of espresso ...so hard to make the coffees you guys should be # 1 at making coffees and still should have a coffee or beverage only line. Also the drive thru tim hortons usaly has stale donuts and during the summer you get a free bee with every food item . Hopefully someone don't get stung or alergic to bees in their food orders.terrible here they have an infestation of bees during summer hours..come on owners clean it up. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I went in at 9:45 PM and ordered a wrap. After waiting for 15 minutes, the staff finally told me they couldn’t make it because the griller was broken, they simply didn’t want to use it again because they already cleaned it.
This is completely unprofessional. If the kitchen is closing or certain items are unavailable, that should be communicated before taking the order, not after making the customer wait unnecessarily. The restaurant was still open, and there was no indication that hot food couldn’t be prepared.
I left without my food and wasted my time for no reason. This kind of service is not acceptable from a well-known brand like Tim Hortons. I hope the management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same...
Read moreI was in yesterday and was there for about 3 minutes with no one saying hello or be right there so I said hello and one of the three people there said just a minute so I waited as there where 2 cars in the drive thru at that time and after waiting another 10 minutes I again said hello thinking they forgot about me they said just a moment and when I said I had all ready been waiting over 10 minute they again said just a moment at that point I left I don't think it takes 3 people to run the drive thru as I work in fast food, a coworker of mine went in afterwards and got the same treatment.
